Jadilus Ive got a question...Why did Mustaine get kicked out of Metallica in the first place? Imagine if he were still with them...the music they would have made! yeah... but then everyone would hate Mustane along with the rest of Metallica since Metallica blows chunks now. It was for the best. Megadeth > Metallica

Jadilus Yah Rust In Peace is probably my favorite too, but what about Cryptic Writings? I thought it was great, it had Trust, and She-Wolf which I think are a couple of their best. All of the songs on that album were good in my oppinion but those two were the best. Ugh. Cryptic Writings is just boring for me and the whole "modern" sound they've got going on in most of the songs just makes me feel sad that it's a Megadeth album. Sure, it has some good songs, like She-Wolf and The Disintegrators, but the rest just seem to plod along in a boring fashion. Maybe I just don't like them since they lost their thrashiness, but had that album been by any other band, I'd still feel the same way about it.

their new album isnt half bad, 'die dead enough' is a cool song, so is 'the scorpion'
other fav tracks... id have to say trust, good bye 1000 times, recipe for hate, peace sells

Either way I still think Megadeth is way better off than Metallica and TSHF didn't suck tooo bad. I liked a few of the songs on it. Yeah, I havn't a clue why a lot of Metal bands (Thrash bands mostly) changed their sound the way they did. I don't expect a band to stay the same throughout their whole career, but it seems weird how most of them changed in the same direction. I reckon it was due to the success of Metallica and hoping they could do as well as Metallica had. But yeah, I agree, Megadeth are much better off than Metallica and The System Has Failed wasn't terrible, though after a few listens it started to bore me and I can't listen to it anymore....but atleast I could listen to it a few times, unlike albums like St. Anger.

Megadeth is awesome..I was turned off at first because of Dave's vocals, but now I like 'em cause they're unique...I have RIP, CtE, and I'm hoping to get the others...

Megadeth...God i love them. Rust In Peace is my fav. album. Its one of those kickass albums without a bad song (ok, Dawn Patrol was boring, but still...). My fav song is definetly Go To Hell. I personally think its one of megadeth's thrashiest songs. Very Very underappreciated. And the new album isnt half bad. Its better then St Anger at least.
