Still blushing slightly at her earlier reaction, Samantha chuckled. "I see...so no brain damage then?" She couldn't resist the teasing smirk and wink that accompanied her question.
"Hmm...this is most puzzling, my dear Watson..." she mused, leaning back in her chair. She couldn't help but smile, however, remembering her meeting with Raena and a similar discussion in which Samantha had been named Watson. Raena had been the first person that she'd met in this crazy place and she was slightly disappointed that she hadn't seen the other girl since. Disappointed...and a bit worried. What had ever happened to her?
"So, what's their excuse for keeping you here now, Diana? I mean, it can't still be 'tests,' right?" Samantha tilted her head curiously, waiting to hear what likely amusing answers the other girl gave. She wanted to compare the answers that the guards kept giving her to whatever their excuses were for Diana.

"No brain damage? Please, everyone 'round tells me I have brain damage! My dad evens says that he dropped me on my head when I was born!" Diana smirked at Sam, mischief glittering in her eyes. "While I have no medical records of such damage, people seem to think I got hit on the head one too many times. Weird, no?"
Leaning backwards (being careful not to fall again) Diana grabbed at a plastic fork and placed in her mouth, much like someone would place a pipe in their mouth. "Surely something as trivial as this can't have you stumped, my dear Holmes?" She spoke in a british accent to further the joke along but switched back at her friends' question.
"Excuse? I dunno...no one's told me anything!" She frowned slightly at the recent memories. "Between you and me...I think my mom got me thrown in here. She always thought I was a bit wack-o....maybe she finally managed to put me in the nuthouse?" Diana smirked and laughed at the thought; that would something her mum would truely do.

"That is odd," Samantha chuckled, shooting a wink at Diana. Yep, definitely a weird one here...but it was a good weird. "And no...not stumped. Just pausing to consider the myriad of possibilities," she mused aloud, resting her chin on her hands.
"This is an odd case indeed. So, they just don't answer at all if you ask them something?" She looked puzzled. "Hmm...at least they go to the trouble to give me a bullshit answer," she mused softly, rubbing her chin. "While that is a tempting thought, more and more believable with the time you spend here, I don't think this is technically a nuthouse. Though it might as well be sometimes," she joked, grinning. "And who knows? Maybe we'll all be nuts before too long anyway. I doubt that's the primary reason we're here though..."
