Lucien climbed up a jutting rock that hoverd over the river. She tilted her crest, took a deep breath, and let out a howl, ringing out for miles, apoun miles of vast artic lands.

((since the no one has stated what season it is, I'm saying it's fall! ninja ))
Windsong flattened her ears against her scull as another blast of icy wind ripped through her thinck fur. Winter was fast approaching, and without a pack, survival was nearly impossible. She briefly wondered if it was worth it. Those she loved were dead and she was alone. She had only managed to survive this long because she promised her mother she would live. The fact that it was summer helped too. The promise... She turned her back to the wind and broke into a steady lope. I will keep my promise! she thought determinedly as she headed down the mountain without a thought to whom the territory she now passed through belonged to. Almost there...

Luka ran to where the sent had come from and barked in greeting. he hadn't seen his sister in a long time.

Lucien truned and growled at the bark. Her mucles tensed as she studdied the brutes face. Slowly, realization came across her face. Suddenly she lept and bounded towards him excitedly. "Luka, Luka! is that you?! Ive missed you so."

*yellow eyes trotted down the slope to the river, ice filled the waters*
Winter is coming soon. *He looked over at the boat on floating through the misty waters * but that thing is coming sooner.

luka lunged at his sister giddily, he was always happy but now he was exuberent. he licked his older sister and then stopped staring at the water. "what the-" his voice trailed off when he saw the boat and fear filled his eyes.

"what the-" his voice trailed off when he saw the boat and fear filled his eyes. ((is there no alpha for this pack?)) you guys! you guys! you guys! something big and scar... *his words stopped dead in their tracks. he looked at wat they were looking at* that's the thing... and it doesn't look nice

"Damn, my territory is so far north, yet still, those humans seem to be everywhere!" She snipped. "Brother, sort works but, welcome to my pack, you are always welcome." She said and nodded at him and went to the river. The boat hit shore. It was empty.

Luka inspected the boat. the smell of death reached his nose and he slowly climbed on. there were starved humans and cages with... "are those wolves!" he screached as he stumbled to the cages, they two were dead, and he let up a mornful howl.

Lucien sniffed the cages. Then she let out a growl, "Those were my pack mates. That female there is Kietch, and the other male is Fall." She said hatefully. "They got my two best fighters. Damn them, damn them to hell."
