After him and Reese defeated all the Namae clones of the Hidden Rain, Ryjin has taken up the responsibility of being its Kage.

Sunagakure- a village that Namae had handed over to Chaos-sama's subordinates (Rai and Evan), a seemingly destroyed mastermind returns to haunt the two. And after a bit of flirting and with them wanting to join Akatsuki, she sent them off to assassinate Ryjin the newly appointed Amekage.
In Takigakure, formerly destroyed, in what remains of the office, Evan has came upon Juusenbi's bad side, she (or at least that clone of her) is trying to hunt down Evan for another body.
And in Mizugakure, Evan has called upon this fastly unknown figure 'Shizumarou-sama' who has shown himself in ghostly form.

the otogakure today was recently destroyed by santori and somehow everybody survived then evan created the hidden diamond or wutever it is
