I might show up, since the Guilty Gear sticks at FFC got ******** up. Also, depends on what time I get out of work. Good chance I won't make it if they end up calling it around 9. Same with Saturday, but wouldn't get out of work til later then as well.

If I can train a bit, I might go. As it stands, I suck (naturally I'm more suited for a spellcaster), but nonetheless, I can improve over time. If I could just block without getting my "limbs" cut off...then I could do knucks and/or claws. >_>
And FTR, what better way can a single nerd find a significant other than by simply attending other nerd events. ;P

Balewarrior That's ok I didn't know what it meant until January sweatdrop Anywho's on the Otaku Omaha board Joe Carver (the guy who ran the panel) is wanting to know if anyone want's to go and boffer this Saturday? He said he's open to time and location. I don't think I'd be able to make it since I work until 7:30 but if anyone is interested I'm going to try and go to Elm Wood park Thursday the...*looks at calendar*...29th and boffer with the LARP group that's there so if anyone want's to go to Elm Wood next Thursday (between 5 and 7 P.M.) I'll be there swinging my Great Sword around trying to show them what I'm made of. Bale YOU MEANIE!!!!!!!! You had to make it a day when I'm not there!!!! Next LAPR you do and I'm there you're the first I'm gonna kill!!!!!! scream (if I don't get killed first sweatdrop )

Heya folks, finally time I pop a post on here. Boffel is going to a** on Thursday, we have a lot of people who want to go to beat the crap out of each other.
From my observations, we have 10+ people who are interested in boffling, and I was wondering if it would be an awesome idea to make a clan for ourselves, ya know, vote in our leaders, design and theme our own clan, kick other clan's a** and enter tourneys as our clans, especially good for larping.
If ya interested, PM me, Bale is also going to help me build a clan, so come pn peepz!!

Anyway! Just a little reminder.
Tomorrow (Thursday the 28th) myself and other roomies are going to be going out to Elm Wood park for the boffle group that gathers there IF ANYONE WANTS TO COME WE WILL HAVE A FEW EXTRA WEAPONS WITH US.
We would like to see everyone again and hopefully find a part-time hobby for some of you (not to mention its the best damn work-out in the world!). So if you can make it that would be super great if not we'll see you around!

Well form the looks of things I'll also be able to go the week after this one so yay for me. And hopefully Akila will be able to attend that one as well! BTW I found a site that has all the legal lengths on LARP weapons. http://www.slarpo.com/materials.htmJust click the weapon link and scroll down alittle and you should see a chart of weapon names with min and max lengths and max hand grip. Ok then have it kids have fun with it! biggrin
