Kaiba man, nostalgiariffic o_o; Did anyone else cry at the end of the first movie? when Ash got turned to stone, and all the pokemon tears DD: Nah, I wasn't a sentimental kid by any means. I didn't expect him to stay petrified, either.

I have a closer emotional attachment to fictional characters than anything/anyone "real" so, of course the little pokemanz fangirly would be crying her eyes out when MainCharacter! died.
Which leads me to a question.. In Robbie's Greatest Misses, why didn't any of the kids look actually sad when the wall fell on Sportacus? I was like HOSCHNAP! DDDDDDDD: gonk gonk gonk gonk gonk gonk gonk gonk

As for your second paragraph...maybe it's because they're puppets. Puppets aren't capable of many emotional extremes. Or maybe it was bad directing...

Then I stand with the bad directing statement.

:: Tilts head :: See this is what makes me sad about not being able to watch any of the episodes of Lazytown. Sob. I don't get to see that stuff. And I'd blame it on bad directing as well...
:: blinks :: And in a completely unrelated line of thought... I can somehow totally see Robbie singing Master of the House. And the others cheerfully believing him. :: snickers ::

Don't you mean "Cosette?" I guess that would make the puppet kids Enjorlas and his army...

Maybe Bessie for Madame T? I don't know, there aren't enough adults in LazyTown...
