Zephralla brought the two to the back, where two wooden doors stood. She simply opened the one on the left, before leading them to another room with dark, dusty books and one single table in the middle.

"...?"

The elven girl did not even bother to answer as she looked through the books from a small bookshelf at the right, before pulling out one book that looked as ordinary as the other.

...Save that she did not pull it all the way out; the bookshelf slid over to reveal a Stone wall with strange tiles.

Daruki looked over curiously.

"This..."

Though she barely had enough time to blink as the elf's nimble fingers traced a pattern over the tiles , causing the rocks to shift apart to grant another entrance. And there, deeper in the tunnle that was lighted by fonstones, was one final door.

And as expected, the small key clicked in perfectly... To reveal an around 25" x 25" circular room. The whole room smelled of pages... And strangely, of magic and TIME.

There was, however, only 4 bookshelves, and a table in the middle had a magic glowing circle on the floor.

"Do make sure you're in the Purifying circle when you open a cover; some books here have quite the temper."

Daruki nodded, and stepped in, presuming Kalz to do the same.

"...Is there a repertoire? We're looking for things relating to Misonra and his powers, including how he was sealed and the extent of his powers."

The elven girl pointed towards a small stand with a golden book, open smack in the middle with a red ribbon trailing out.

"...Ah, thank you."

And with that, she made her way to the Repertoire and laid her hand on the pages.

"...It's... blank... ?!"

The "blank" page began to glow, and soon, words began writing themselves on their own accord, and spelled out columns and rows as the bowgirl stared with wide eyes.

"It does seem there are information concerning these..." She whispered.

"...Now before you begin," a cautioning voice rang behind her.

"?"

"Books in which titles are written in black simply contains tales unfit for the outside World. Books repertoired in green have spells sealed within them, and while they're not lethal, do be careful with your manipulation for the last thing I would want is for you to unleash a full-scale Cyclone here. These marked in blue have Blessings sealed within. though they are hard to actually grasp and would usually relate to restoration and healing. And finally, these written in red contains curses. They automatically shoot out the moment they are opened, so exerce extreme caution around them and make sure it's placed at the center of the table: the Seal is strongest there."

"...Thank you!"

"...It's alright. It might be in all our best interest for me to stay here and help you with your research."

Daruki nodded, before glancing back at what the Golden Repertoire got on books about Misonra and/or relating to his powers.

She was a bit creeped to notice that half of them had red marking right next to it.

"...D8 ... ^^; So Kalz, let's look?"

Snow Furia was within view.

Sure, it was just a speck on the Horizon, but you can see it.

Which got Kratos in a sort of good mood. Now if only he had a cup of tea-

Though it became painfully obvious as he came to the realization that it wa from the Oberon cell that he didn't even knew he was carrying.

...Might as well pick up before people stared looking at him weird.

"...Hello?"

He had to instantly stop himself from twitching an eyebrow. Kra-what? If he had anger issues ALONG with his emo complex like some other certain redhead , Sarai would be a dead man.

...Well, woman. Kuraizi saiyantifiku woman.

But fortunately, he does not have anger issues. Therefore, he replied like he would always reply.

"...Oh. Sarai. ...Indeed, where have you been for the last few months weeks?"

-Meanwhile-

Suzu got behind Maxwell as Agu+friends pummeled it with othere attacks in the front. She did a few strange hand gestures by entwining her fingers and muttering to herself, and soon...

"...SUMMON! JIRAIYA!"

Cue giant toad spitting fire of 5 THOUSAND DAMAGE EACH BLOW because Narikiri sucks balls with is 24's, and the ninja girl immediately jumped back after the summon.

Maxwell was all, like, "( O ^ o )" as he was pummeled mercilessly by the band. What the crap was this? He'd seen 4-on-1, but never this many! He was getting quite fired up by now and started spinning until his rings were a spherical blur of pure neon blue. Though he moved slow, anything he touched was severely thrashed - and the first and closest of his targets was Loni.

With little time to recover from his previous attack, Loni could do not but parry with his halberd and watch as it went flying straight into the wall of the passage and lodged itself there. It wasn't any help that it was so narrow.

Exsel: I wish there was some way we could help....
Amanda: I know what you mean, but....

Philia: You just leave things to me, you two!

She readied Clemente firmly in both hands. She began working on her incantation even before they knew of what or why.

Philia: Loni, Kyoko! Light Spells should break that barrier!

"Hey Harold, light spells! biggrin You know what that means, right?!"

"Heh heh...it's about time!"

The two of them went back to back and started casting together.

"Oh sacred will, strike those who'd be our enemy. Divine Saber~!"

Light pierced from all places, hopefully one hit the barrier somehow [they were always a pair of chance, anyway.]

"That's not all, though ~♥! Remitted! she followed up, hitting the barrier for sure.

"You two are nuts, you got that?"

"I've known that for a while now. biggrin "

The barrage was brilliantly blinding, to say the very least. When the light had cleared, there was still a good bit of smoke that clouded the sights of those that stood beyond it, even more so to those at did not. It cleared with time and all that was left were.... the twitching, smoking remains of Maxwell.

"Fuuu..."

Maxwell twirled back up into his normal floating position and gazed down upon the group. It looked as though he might have caught his 2nd wind and may even have been ready to charge at them yet again, but instead a smile crossed his lips.

"Well done, well done! I see no reason not to lend you young ones my strength. The other four would outvote me, either way!"

Hi-fives and kudos were thrown all around. And of course, Exsel and Amanda were kissing all cutely like 6/5-year-olds sometimes do. The tykes approached Maxwell like starving orphans that just caught sight of a turkey dinner.

Exsel: Then you'll help us, ojiisan?!

Maxwell doubled back with a shocked look covering his face.

"Ojiisan?!"

He regained his composure and raised a white glove to parted lips to give an "Ahem" before resuming his formal speech.

"Right then, well.... Sir Wade, I'm ready when you are. You understand the process?"

Elves were heard outside scattering as Barbatos. Arieta stopped one of the civilians, asking where they were going and they pointed out Treant Forest. "...the forest of maze? Are you kidding me? I can't go in there!" she complained, knowing full well if she stepped one foot in there she'd be lost. She turned to Ariana. "What do you suggest we do? Kalz and Daruki aren't back yet and who knows where we'll find them?" she questioned, pondering her thoughts before dragging the girl behind a building where no one could see them. She pointed out another way to the forest and urged Ariana to go on ahead and followed after sooner or later.

BGM: Those Who Fight Wyverns

Exsel: Wha-!!
Fog: Woa!!
Philia: What's that rumbling?!

It only got worse. A creature burst forth from the floor and tore its way through the ceiling, knocking them all flat on their backs and helpless to stop the debris from crushing them. That's how it would have ended, had not....

"Force Field!!!"

Philia and Amanda's magic worked in conjunction: the power of the former and the radius of the latter. It was all the child could bear as she collapsed into her husband's arms. But that wasn't all. The beast - of which could now be seen as a brown dragon, only slightly smaller - was still raging. It slammed through the door in front of them and left only a hole between them and the precipice beyond.

The ground beneath Maxwell's tablet was completely gone, save what little it stood on; it was all they could manage to leap across it before what was left under them began to crumble as well.

Philia: Why is this beast attacking us all of a sudden?!
Fog: Maybe it's hungry? o.o;;;;

Exsel: Guys! Don't worry about us! Just kick that thing's a**!

Philia: Right!

Its maw was dripping with a black, gooey substance as sparks of flame seeped out with every breath it took. Its eyes were as red as fresh blood. By all accounts, it was intimidating.

"My power... was all that kept this slumbering creature at bay, yet... I am not so helpless I cannot help you now."

Loni's spear began to glow ever more brilliantly, and a surge of power ran through his arm as he held it in his somewhat trembling hand. Gungnir had been awakened.

The group sat there a bit, just staring.

Kyle: FRIEND?!??!!?

Agu: That is strange...I was positive I could sense the mana signature of Chamelion....can't sense Gremlin yet....

Loni: Doesn't matter, this is good too! The Gungnir has powered up to part of its former glory! Time to slay some dragons!

Loni twirled teh Gungnir and got ready.

Kyle: Loni! Be careful of footing!

Loni: No prob! Perfect for this! Kappa Bakusougeki!

Kyle: And this! Ganzan Messaijin!

In teh loose earth, they were able to knock up tons and strengthen their strikes.

Agu: Stahn! Philia! Let's go for a Tri-dazer! We need to get it out of here ASAP! Stahn, you got the fire, I'll get the ice, and Philia, you can handle the lightning, right? LEt's go! Embrace End!

Stahn: Got it! Explode!!

Agu was beginning to pant, for he was using a bunch of his mana in this time.
