I know you took it out the other day...did you just change it back? As a side note Arleena, I have a small quibble. You may think its wrong to hurt others and it may be part of your religion, but it is not inherently part of all paths. Some paths demand retrobution for those who wrong you first. I can't think of a religion that demands you just hurt people, but there are religions that call on one to retaliate or even attack for specific reason. No I have not. in fact this is the first time ive been bck. just another instance of moderators abusing their whimsical power. it happens again and im goin to a gaia admin. m tired of this. What did I do? You said it had been edited, I assumed it was and moved on. no, the mention of arleeana in my first post. im sure i got rid of everything. and im not accusing you blind. your post seemed too innocent It was edited?

Apparently it was, you could check the "crew activity" log and check. I didn't notice if it was edited or not, I know it was there when I first read it, and then didn't read it a second time until Blindfaith said something about Seph changing it back, so I've no clue when it was edited or when it was changed back.

I follow Puzuzu. So I haven't tried any spells or anything like that yet. I'm not ready yet and I don't want to hurt anyone. Right now I'm just trying to read as much as I can on the subject. Magic isn't a game. I don't have to cast anything to know that.

You'll probably find some different ranging opinions on how dangerous or seriously a person should or should not take magic in this guild. Some people have to check all their correspondences and make sure everything is lined up before they do a working and other people will just say a spell right on the spot. Some people have strong moral codes about magic and others feel that is a tool as simple as a hammer. Sometimes that hammer builds stuff and sometimes it helps tear it down. To me, a lot of how magic reacts to you is about how you view it. I tend to take a more casual approach in magic. I don't hesitate to use it when I feel it could give me a boost, whether that's helping me win a game of cards or helping me call on powers of protection, its a step I use. I guess what I'm saying is that while magic might not be a game, it can be used to help win one.
