There have been very many hilarious moments throughout the show, but as for entire episodes, I would have to go with these:
"Homecoming" from season three, where Buffy and Cordelia both compete for the crown;
"Band Candy", season three, Where the candy makes all the adults act like teenagers;
"Beer Bad", season four, where Buffy goes Cro-magnon;
"Tabula Rasa", season six, where Willow's spell gives them all amnesia;
"Him", season seven, where they all fall in love with the Quarterback;
"Superstar", season four, where Jonathan casts the spell that makes everyone adore and idolize him for his greatness.

SUperstar was definately funny, but it was kinda confuzzling at first cuz it COMPELTELY tore away from the main S4 story

There all so funny, I don't know that I can choose xd 'Restless' was hilarious. I love that cheese man xd "I wear the cheese, the cheese does not wear me."

Wynter Rain Is everyone here forgetting the Season 7 episode "Him", when all the scoobies fall in love with the high school boy? THAT was funny, especially when it split to four screens and it show what everyone was doing... ooo also the part ...: Buffy: Wil, you're a gay woman! Willow:*makes a face like..."and?"* Buffy: And he... isn't? Willow: This isn't about his physical presence! It's about his heart. Anya: His physical presence has a p***s! Willow: I can work around it! ... [The women are threatening one other with what they're each going to do to win R.J.] Willow: I can do a spell! Anya: Oh yeah, right. What're you gonna do -- turn R.J. into a girl? [Willow, inspired, grins at Anya.] Damn it! oh i love that episode!!! xd that is the best part rofl i laughed so hard when i saw that i also really liked Beer Bad it was really funny, especially when willow asks her what she did last night and buffy said somthing about being with 4 guys and willow was oh god buffy are you ok... or somthing to that same effect smile

I also submit for consideration "Hell's Bells". It wasn't a purely comedic episode, but it had a lot of high points.
D'Hoffryn: Careful with that package, it's a bit...
Dawn: Fragile?
D'Hoffryn: Squirmy.
Willow: Oh my god, Buffy, look at it's arms! It's hideous! (etc., making you think they face a tremendous scary beastie, then camera pans back)

and when xander gets to Giles House and he is all sweaty and pasty and gross
Willow:"Xander!"
Giles: "You look like death."
Willow:"what happened!"
Buffy:"you did'nt bring rolls?"
