Now we can have uh a begining contest or something like that so we can build up the gold and items for future contests where you can earn better items. So there can be donations and entry fees. And then the type of contest we can have would probably be stuff like: Avi arena Story contest Poetry contest Artist Contest Banner contest Alot of stuff like that and if we get enough volunteers and all that we can probably hold a few of these mentioned contest weekly. Entry fee's are a wonderful idea! I also threw some gold your guys way earlier not much but eh. Assuming it doesn't "fly" with the entry fees then you could always just use visual rewards. I know often some kind of trophy or picture graphic will incline people to participate in a contest so that they can proudly display said graphic in their signature or lookup ^_^ I have PSP and every now and then goof off in it, a small banner sized graphic could be made with witty comments on them for said user to display or even just that they won such and such contest smile Well if you do want to throw some donations to the guild for events if we really do get them started youll have to probably give it to me or the vice cap. Because the gold you donated is towards the actual guild till. So that guild would be spent on the guild itself such as sub forums etc. lol well then in that case if you would like to set up a junk trade I would be happy to start you out I can offer a little in gold and one of the new may thank you letter gifts smile at least then you have something to start with. That would be awesome blaugh xd Although I would like to put it on hold for a bit. Since I would still have to put the Avi contest together. Like decide on the entry fee and the time period for it.

How about 400 to 500 gold for the entry fee?
Although I would like a bit more members and participation otherwise the contest might be a bit long although we can get some good feedback for it etc.

I am always on and offline throughout the day, being a stay at home mom can be boring and drive kids to insanity when mom wants to keep playing all day ^_^ yes my kids have asked me to leave their toys alone x.x I randomly pull disappearing acts but that is when I need to take care of my family and children - as 2 of my kids are special needs if they get ill with them being my priority I am usually offline until they are better. Weekend evenings are devoted time to the husband but I am online throughout the day.

I'll re-do the entry fee since itll be harder to get the prizes for such low entry fees. but i think ill do like 500 - 800 for the first contest

It truly seems like such a good idea and honestly its a great way to bring users in the guild together. I would imagine that with 200+ users that a lot of us don't know a lot of the other names around.

Blah, its easy in the sense that it is like writting a short story involving other people writting their part of the story. smile All I can really say about RPGing is this: If it wasn't for it, I probably wouldn't of had the motivation to write short stories and win a couple of Language Art awards lol
