Hermione looked over at the other girl and smiled. "Hallo." she said, extending a hand. "I'm Hermione, this is Tuck, adn you are...?" she queried politely.

"Elizabeth," she said, completing the sentence - she felt like a school-mouse again, though she had only gone through one year of schooling. "Nice to meet you Hermione and Tuck," Elizabeth said, as she did a slight curtesy. "Mind if I join you?" Lifting her dress slightly, she took a seat in a patch of grass facing Tuck and Hermione.

Elizabeth smiled to herself - the male mouse certainly hadn't been raised in a home like hers, one reliant on proper upbrings of yes m'am's and "no sir's. He was terse, brief, and straight to what he wanted to say. He reminded her of someone from the Wild West - or what she thought they might be like. "I... I'm in to the Victorian era, and I like to knit." Her hobby of knitting occupied most of her time - she wasn't that interesting of a charecter. "Although, I don't know too much about the Victorian era; I haven't any books to ponder upon," she added.

"Interesting?" said Tuck in an uncanny voice. He strethed his hands out, gripping them to the sky. "I don't really know what I like to do. Eat, and sleep, loaf around." said Tuck. "I'm not too big on reading, I like nature though." said Tuck, as if he was stuffing everything in one sentence.

Hermione looked thoughtful. "Well, I like to read... And I used to knit clothes for house elves." she said. "I find magic and my studies fascinating!"

"You like to knit too, Hermione? And.. house elves, what do you mean?" Elizabeth knew nothing of magic or anything related - it was something her relatives always had said was evil and terrible and would get to condemned or something of that sort, not that Elizabeth fully believed that, but there was no other opinion available. Elizabeth turned towards Tuck, attempting to still keep conversation. "So... since you enjoy eating, what's your favorite food?" It was a pathetic question - a generic stock question for when she didn't have anything to talk about; to tell the truth, Elizabeth was much more fascinated with conversing with Hermione.

"Well," said Tuck. "I sure like Cookies, there the best when you dip 'em in milk of coarse!" exclaimed Tuck. "Don't y'all just love milk?"

Hermione frowned. "House elves are slaves to wizards and witches! They shouldn't have to do all our work but they do and they've ben brought up to think they like it." She took a deep breath. "But SPEW will change all that someday." she said confidently. Switching topics, she said "Oh, I like milk."

Elizabeth blinked at the rapid change of topic; Hermione had just gone from a passionate lecture on house elves - or slaves or something weird like that, or... milk? Elizabeth nodded agreeably with Tuck's statement - chocolate milk was good. The warm soothing fatty feeling gliding down your throat and engulfing your taste buds - nothing could beat that.

Hermione nodded. "Though I don't like strawberry milk. That's just going too far." she said, nodding. "It makes it like ice cream flavours, really."

"Any food? Even..." Elizabeth searched for some horrid, disgusting food. "Even... cauliflower?" She stuck her tongue out in protest at the white, broccoli-wannabe vegetable. It had been a while since her tastebuds had a riot over the food - she had avoided it for as long as possible; but one could not always help what came in a pasta (with vegetables hidden in it's depths). Elizabeth's voice turned to question, and she faced towards Hermione. "Yes, what is this... SPEW?" She accented the SPEW in a disapproving tone, though she hadn't meant to put on such a voice.
