I just watched the one where Ross and Rachel get married drunk! When Ross says "Don't worry, we're just going to get an annulment."
Joey's like "Ross, I don't think surgery is the answer." rofl rofl rofl

One episode I can watch over and over is 'The One With Joey's Big Break'.... mostly because of the line
Joey; Okay who would you rather sleep with Monica or Rachel.
Ross: Dude you are sick.
Joey: Oh yeah, I forgot you had that whole Rachel thing.

Ross: Dude you are sick. Joey: Oh yeah, I forgot you had that whole Rachel thing. Ha ha, I just watched that episode yesterday.
I laughed at that part, a lot.

I love the one where Joey reads Little Women.
Joey: Beth's really really sick, and Jo's there but I don't think she can do anything.
Rachel: Joey, do you want to put the book in the freezer?

hehehe... those all make me laugh.
One of my favorites is when Rachel tries to make the English Trifle, and the pages get stuck together.
Joey's the only one who likes it, and he's like, "What's not to like? Jam...goooood. Beef? Goooood." Or something like that..(I wish I had that season on DVD)

lol, mines the one with all the thanksgiving, and then the one where rachel makes the trifle for thanksgivingand she puts the beef in it, and ross and monica's parents come over and they don't know that she and chandler are living together.
I laugh every time when their all just blurting out stuff towards the end
