I've met one chivalrous guy, and he's my boyfriend. He doesn't like perverted stuff, he writes me poetry, buys me roses, and I can even talk about GIRLY things (if you know what I mean girls) and he's perfectly fine with it. Most of this is because of how he was raised. He's adopted, he was molested as a child, so he's different. But I love him the way he is. He's feminine, with masculinity as well. He plays video games and everything. But i even told him, I would NOT have sex with him until after marriage. And you know what he said? Okay, sure! He thought it was a great idea. There are still prince charming's are out there. But Jag is right. Women now-a-days need to sculpt them. Not manipulate them, but show them what we like. And that whole perverted thing, most guys grow out of it when they hit their 20's. Not all of course >.< . Sorry guys, but you are slower that we are when it comes to maturity.

I have seen non-perverted guys before (not lieing) It seems the ones who are nerdy are the ones who aren't perverted (or at least out loud) take my friend steve for example...he's cute but is smart and dooesn't really pay attention to the perverted gene that gets passed down to every generation of men...but jeremy...god help us if you ever run into him.......... sweatdrop sweatdrop sweatdrop

It's true they are, my brother Brandon, he's got a big heart and I know he'll make a wonderful Husband someday. He's a good guy, now my other brothers.... well let's just not go there biggrin

Personally, I can't stand men.

This may be viewed as an odd statement, as I myself identify as male (mostly, anyway) and all of my best friends are guys. Two of them are perverts and one more cheuvanistic than the other, but the third is like, the nicest guy ever. As an odd note, he's the only guy that I'll stand around at the mall with and gawk at girls... but it's more like, "Wow, she's really cute;" "That outfit looks great on her;" or "Her hair looks really nice." We don't really say perverted stuff, but if a really attractive girl with a low-cut top walks by, we tend to stop talking for a moment, then look at each other and grin like fools.

Most guys act more like pigs when they're around their friends. Some still do it when their friends aren't around. The ones that don't act like that tend to get ganged up on and bullied by the ones that do; maybe it's some sort of ingrained survival instinct or pack mentality. I dunno, but it makes me sick- particularly if I catch myself leaning that way.

But still, most guys really are jerks. It's not always their fault; it's usually a part of our upbringing. I happened to be raised by my mother and sister, two very confident and strong-willed women. Even as a child I really admired women, and I never did completely overcome my shyness. I try to open doors, pick up things that are dropped, carry something even if it's not heavy, that kind of stuff. It's just that, I don't do that because I think women can't; I do it because I think they shouldn't have to.

No, guys aren't all the same. Just like us. =3
