Miraridemon is our newest member, his profile is now up and I just sent his inivitation to the guild ^__^
Also, Nanako and I have been discussing the amount of rarity in the group. By that I mean all the wonderfully wierd things our group has. The ter'angreal are my first worry as it seemed everyone had one (including me). I dont know if this is a real problem, but I have decided that my character at least, doest really need his. So in the course of the future, I will at some point be removing his item of power. If anyone else feels that there is "too much" as it were, your opinion is always welcome.
Just a note, I am not touching anyone else's character, just mine. He isn't a channeler, so for him to have an item just doesn't make sense to me. I will also be changing the rules for new characters so that new items made with the one power will be discouraged.

Broken No More!

I'm sure some of you, probably just the newer people, were finding broken links throughout out threads. Well, I've known about this for an incredible amount of time, just didn't have the time to sit down and change everything to the right address. But, this has all changed and everything should be linked properly again.
If I failed to correct a broken link, please send me a PM to inform me about it.
And in other news, I'm attempting to make a full recovery, but this will take time as well. Kai is still the primary go-to man for questions and issues and all that jazz, but I am definitely a secondary along with Nanako.

By now some of you may have noticed a new sticky. This will be the place where Doberler, Denath, and Liana are headed. It is a location close to the Stedding where anyone is free to go. Even if that thread closes down, the town will still be their unless it gets destroyed.

Brushing Off the Dust

AwhhaaaaA? We have a journal? What does this do? Some of you might remember when JC actually used this. Howver, I have not done anything significant to warrant its use for some time now...so i am bringing it back. Read on to see what I did ^__^
The 'New System' that was all talked about before this has been on hold for quite some time now (a year!!!)...I dont think it wll be moving forward any time soon. It has been neglected to keep the posts and plots going. As some of you may have noticed, we have had a few unannounced additions. Welome to those people by the way.
The real reason for this journal is that I have actually updated the bio pages. I have taken off a few bios from people who have not shown up and I coloured a couple that well be deleted soon. However, I have been known to screw up before, so if you have some free time check to make sure I have not made a mistake. The second thing I did is move the nifty little NPC reference post to the second post on the first page. For those of you who do not know what this is, its an ongoing list of all the NPCs the party has encountered and the last place they were when the party left them/where they can be found again.
And there was a flock of seagulls. Thats about it.

Darz recently sent this account (the NPC) a PM and I only got it today. Suffice to say he started the PM, hey dirtwads, or something to that effect and proceed to slander the entire guild for being treated as a "doormat." He used language that is not welcomed, but he did make a 'final post' for his character. I am leaving it out. That kind of negative energy has no place in our Guild. I replied to him, told him that I had never seen anyone treat him badly and pretty much told him he could think whatever he wanted. I also told him I would not reply to him, which I intend to do.
If he contacts any of you with inappropriate material or chooses to continual try do so you can report him if you wish. Make sure you do it for a violation of the TOS and not just because. Also, I urge you not to reply to anything he says with more than just asking him to stop PMing you. He doesn't need the fuel for his fire and it just wouldn't be good of you to fan his flames. That is why I have not reproduced the PM here or posted his post. I don't want to give anyone here any ammunition should he contact them.
On saying that, I must add that if anyone does feel left out or ignored there are two things you can do. Approach another character in a role-play and PM their controller to say that you want to role-play something specifically with them. This gets you immidiate attention. If the person does not accept the invitation, move on to the next, but dont just wait for someone to come to you. Secondly, PM Nanako or Myself. We can give you ideas of who might be good for your character to RP with. We can also construct scenarios for you, bring in new people if you want or find some other solution. Whatever you do, remember that we are trying to create a positive space here and more often then not, we are a friendly group of people. ^__^
Personally, I don't know if anyone actually did anything to Darz, but I never saw it and I don't believe anyone here at that time would have. I think that this Guild is a very positive space and I am glad to have all of you here to share it with.

Broken Tradition

As a few of you have already noticed, I have come back from the netherworld to grace your presence with a broken tradition and a new ambition.
It has fallen customary in the past for the guild master to pass on the ranks and then take a journey into... well... I'm not even sure where. My predecessor fell victim to World of Warcraft. His predecessor fell victim to who only knows what. Kai has done a good job of holding this hulking beast together, probably certain for a majority of my absence that I was not returning.
But I have come home.
And I come back with a lot of hope that this guild will return to a place of much more activity and enthusiasm. We've lost a lot of good people along the way by sifting through the member list and checking on activity. We've also added a lot of new faces.
To those I have not met, or have been graced with the briefest of introductions, welcome to the WoT Guild. I am Jc, the crazy lunatic that lurks at random times of the day and tends to go overboard with posts.
(I believe my most recent two posts equal just about 8 pages in Word.. ninja )
Don't mind me for any poking around I do because I do have a lot of catching up to do. And I intend to catch up on everything.
And my heartfelt thanks goes to those of you who stuck to this guild, to Kai for keeping it organized, and Nanako for helping him. And without anything left to mention (for now), let's get this guild rockin'!
