Ruler of all Cheese
Moya: Wow, even I can't write that much! If I'm lucky, I'll get about five pages a week.... It's because I'm rarely home. I really wish I had a chance to write more! And I'd love to read your writing, even if it takes me years.
mrgreen It's frustrating to have the inspiration come and go, though. During the week of Spring Break, I had an inspiration burst, and nearly finished my sixth book. Unfortunately, the last two days of the break, it went away, and I got burned out from trying to plow through it. I got fifteen thousand words into the story, though, and got halfway through the story line. It was supposed to be a really short novel, just finishing off the story of a minor character that had been left dangling. My goal was fifteen thousand words.
sweatdrop The story took off on its own.
My fourth book was written in two weeks, though, at the end of last summer break. I write short novels, though, because they take place during short realms of time, and I only write until the story's purpose is done with. Twenty thousand words is my average. I wrote the full NaNo novel, though, so I can a longer story if I want. I just have to balance
three time lines to do it.
Since my novels are so short, it's really not that impressive. Still, I'm pretty proud to have written a quarter of a million words (not including most of my stuff on fanfiction.net) in the last four years.
3nodding Freshman year is when I fell in love with writing.
Anyway! If you'd like to read my books... Well, after you've read my first one, my second one should be out some time this summer. All my books are already copywrited in my name, so there's no problem in sharing the ones after that if you're still interested.
...Am I procrastinating? I think I am. Sorry for rambling again!
Have a nice day!
