Hmmm... legendaries are my forteche' but, that makes it more annoying to pick. Hmm probably Celebi, shiney Rayquaza, or Suicune. Mostly Suicune... then again Lugia is awsome too..

1st Season: Mew
2nd Season: Celebi
3rd Season: Jirachi
4th Season: Phione, Azelf, Mesprit, Uxie
I have a thing for the cute legendaries. x3
And I just realized that Azelf, Mesprit, and Uxie are named after Elves, Sprites, and Pixies. xD

I dunno, I almost never use Legendaries anymore.
Uhh...
1st Gen: Mew, Articuno, Mewtwo.
2nd Gen: Raikou (yay legendary Gerbils)
3rd Gen: Regirock
4th Gen: Azelf. He's a twisted lil' sweeper.

Hmm... that's a tough choice. Most of the legendaries are very cool.
I am somewhat partial to Mew though...
And Celebi...
And Ho-oh...
And Jirachi (that and Mew are the only ones I've gotten legally... if you don't consider the Red Mew trick as illegal. I just consider it an exploit of code that's already in game, and therefore the designers must have put it in there for a reason.)...
And Kyogre...
I haven't really gotten to know the fourth generation ones quite yet, but I kind of like the looks of Cresselia...
