I actually didn't hear about it. I was in an Asian Market around here, and perused the candy and snacks aisle. I found the delectable treat and bought a box. Such flavor out of a sweet so small. n_n heart

*she tumbled head over heels down the slope to where they were, landing in a sitting position* I was first given pocky right before the Nan Desu Kan...I was addicted right from the start....Katchan, of who introduced me, loves it as much as I do......I have been hunting pocky ever since, for apparently in this area, if you do not order online, it's harder to find.....*nibbles on the lovely whipped cream pocky* it' soo good....and..*she read the lists* my birthday is on the same day as chocolate pocky national observence day...neat....

Last year during one of the first few Meeting of the Anime Club, The president brought some pocky for us and we each got one stick.. then we killed him to get the rest.

I haven't brought any to the anime club at my school, yet. Thought about it, but decided I wanted to keep it all to myself. I'm very possessive about my strawberry.
I first heard about it online from friends talking about it. I was terribly curious, but didn't know how to get some, or even what it was, for that matter. They tried to describe it, but that obviously didn't work. I finally saw some at an I-CON in the dealer's room, so I bought a box. He had a few different flavors, but I figured, since it was my first box, I'd go with ol' original chocolate. Been hooked since. sweatdrop
