I have no idea what those seeds and powders are called (no sesame seeds, but you can add that if you want). Yeah, just hop over to an Asian grocery store, go to the powders section, and look the powders. I know the Asian names, and sometimes they're labelled with those, so just look out for these:
Red chilli powder [dur]
Garam masala [browny powder]
Haldi [yellow powder]
Mango powder [mango coloured =P]
Salt
Jeera [seeds](I think that's how it's spelt. Just look for something that sounds like this)
Jaman [seeds]
