Kira eyed him doubtfully. She thought he was lying. Of course, she couldn't be sure, but she thought he was. Her eyes narrowed slightly, peering up at him, into his eyes, trying to figure it out. How could those be from a motorcycle accident? They didn't seem like the type of scar that'd come from a crash. And she knew he wasn't against lying. The whole way here, he'd been lying about where he'd disappeared to for so long.
She eyed him a moment longer, then let out a sigh and glanced to the floor. "An accident, huh..." She didn't sound convinced, but she didn't feel like arguing either. She was tired. She frowned to herself and pulled her knees to her chest, wrapping her arms around them and setting her chin on top. She knew she hadn't known him very long, but he really was her only friend, and she couldn't help letting it bother her; that he wouldn't trust her with the truth. She supposed it was stupid of her to think he would though. "...did it hurt?" she asked quietly, watching the ground.

Kazu laughed at her last question, for some reason thats truck him funny. "Of course it hurt, try going through a windshield at one hundred plus. And I'll ask you if it hurt." he said chuckling a little and laying on his back again under the shade of the tree with the random spots of light pouring through their leaves and down on him. "Accidents happen, you never know." He added cosing his eyes for a moment and pressing his tongue against the snake bite piercing.
"What about you, your always asking questions about me, how bout you start telling me something about yourself." Kazu asked after a moment of silence and turning his head to face her. "Its the polite thing to do after all."

Kira blinked, glancing over at him again. At first she just looked confused. Then she smirked faintly, shaking her head. "No thanks. Not sure how well I'd handle a motorcycle ride, even without the crashing." She wrinkled her nose lightly, trying to keep the image of herself flying through a windsheild out of her mind. It wasn't a very pretty picture. "Yeah, they do," she agreed after a second.
Then she glanced towards him, head tilted slightly and the smirk back again, spread across her lips. "About me...?" she echoed, baring her fangs menacingly. Then she laughed, shrugging her shoulders. "I was born on Friday the thirteenth. Pretty cool, huh? One day I was sitting in class and I sprouted a cat tail. Then ears. Everyone labeled me as a freak and I came here. The end." She glanced to the ground again, one arm unwrapping from her legs and reaching down fiddling with a piece of grass. "Before that, I'd touch something and it'd freeze over. I never meant to do it. It just happened. It still does sometimes, but I've got it mostly under control." A small pause, and she glanced up at him again. "And that's all me being a hundred percent truthful," she said, sticking her tongue out. "You should try it sometime."

Kazu smiled a bit holding back a laugh after her reply. Of course it would hurt, why wouldn't it. But she was too much of a question asky person if that made any sense. He yawned and started to mess with his hair again as she started talking, he did hear her but it probably looked as if he didn't care. He was just waiting to get dried off soon so he could get his clothes back on. Seeing as he was almost naked, and it felt weird too with her around, always asking soem question or another.
"I am truthful......" Kazu said, which was true most of the time. He was always honest except when he just felt that the person really did not need to know what they asked, it did not involve them most likely. So he kept his own problems to himself, he did not want the responsibility of having to think about someone else's problems, his own were enough.

Kira frowned at him, for two reasons, which she spoke soon enough. She watched him for a second, waiting for some sort of comment, anything, about what she'd just said. Even if it was simply an insult, she almost would've preferred that to silence. Yet, no words were spoken, except for his comment that he was truthful. "Not to me, you aren't," she muttered, stating reason one for her irritation.
Then she hesitated, just for a second, before growling faintly to herself and staring ahead, eyes focusing upon the water. She was silent, tail flicking harshly behind her and her ears flattened back. Then she suddenly let out an almost defeated sounding sigh. " Why'd you ask about me if you don't care at all?" She asked about him because she did care, but he'd just done it to take the attention off of himself, or something, she guessed.

"Well I don't really know you that well to tell you my personal things." Kazu said sitting up. "I'm not as open as people would like me to be, we are all different." He said going on about that just for a while having nothing much else to talk about. And her questions just kept on coming, she sure was a curious one. He smirked to himself thinking the saying 'Curiosity killed the cat' and tried to hold back a laugh. He grabbed his shirt and out it on and started to put on his pants afterwards. He was dry enough, he was just impatient when it came to waiting.
"Who said I didn't care?" Kazu replied as he put on his socks and boots. He did not know her well, but yea he did not care much for her. But he did not want to admit that there was something there, something he of course would never like to admit aloud. He could not describe it but it was there, it was just something. Unexplainable.

Kira just continued gazing at the lake, ignoring him at first. Or at least, seeming to ignore him. She wasn't good at keeping silent for long amounts of time unless she whole heartedly wished to. But part of her still wanted to talk, even if he didn't do much talking back. So she let out another sigh, then looked irritably at the ground, tugging randomly at blades of grass, ears twitching each time one tore upwards and made that ripping sound. "I know..."
Then she finally lifted her head, glancing over at him. She stared for a second or two, her expression suddenly almost a hurt pout. "You didn't act like you cared.. Not at all."

"Well nothing really seems as its supposed to be anymore those days are over." Kazu said looking at her and standing up to stretch. "Reality is, cruel, and it wants to do everything but make you feel good about anything, know what i mean?" He finished with a shrug of his shoulders and headed off in a random direction to go explore the area. What else was around here besides that massive tree house, there must be other things around, maybe a grave or something since someone had to build that thing it just couldn't randomly appear. Or did it? Or was it even real at all. Who knew this whole school was weird, and the people in it were most likely worse.

Kira remained silently, staring fixedly at the ground again. He definitely didn't care about her. He'd just asked to shift the attention away from himself. She sighed, ears drooping a little, then twitching when she ripped a handful of grass from the ground. She stood abruptly, quickly tugging on her black shirt and pants, and trailing along behind Kazu, at a distance. "That's why you have to work hard to make the best of things," she muttered, but loud enough to allow him to hear. "I'm trying to.."

It wasn't quite clear how the still largly unfamous group, Orange Burning Heart, was doing in a forest. But what was clear was that they were certainly lost, and currently the blame was being passed from Sunny to Ryuu.
"Just shut up! Its not my fault! Our ride got lost along the way alright?! Its all Mo-mo's fault anyway" Sunny said in a huff as she crossed her arms and bent back a tree limb so she wouldn't get slapped in the face. The seveteen year old was the youngest one in the group, usually pretty bubbly and bright, but condtions in which she had to be with her other stage memeber, Ryuu, brought on her bad nature. It was pretty hot too, getting somewhat close to the hundreds, her short brown hair was tied up into small, braided pigtails. She wore the same, short orange tank top with a hood on the back as always, and a pair of shorts. Her feet were loosly covered by a pair of old, brown sandles, and she wore a star hairclip around her bangs. The only other thing she held, besides her heavy nap-sack, filled with clothing, was a black and white pearl braclet around her right wrist.
Mo-mo wouldn't have gotten lost if you didn't have to stop by the doughnut store and goruge yourself" Ryuu said with a smug smirk. Mo-mo was their driver, and also a good friend of everyone's, he often acted like the father of the group, and was closer to them than their real parents. Ryuu was ninteen though, he really ought to know better than to fight with Sunny like that. But Ryuu had his reasons...even if really only ones that he and occosionally Nani, knew. Ryuu was pretty hot though, he was wearing dark green colors as well, which flowed in with his lime green hair, and he was forced to take his jacket off, more than a little relunctently. A black and white pearl braclet showed on his arm for the moment before he kept on.
The last member of the group was twenty three year old, Nani, a semi-quiet girl, or at least when the two were obessivly arguing. No matter how much she and Mo-mo tried to stop the two, they never stopped at it. The name calling had caused Sunny to be fumed and she speed up, soon being nothing but a blur, which was bad because she'd probably end up getting lost again if she moved too fast. This in turn caused Ryuu to kind of show-off in his own way and turn into a 'ghost', moving through the bushes and things faster than Nani could since he didn't have to hold them back. Nani just smirked though as she took a small break, because on both of their necks, where the card that showed what people were really thinking was a big heart. Those two were full-on in love, but it was doubtful that the would ever say a damn thing. Nani was wearing the same thing she normally wore, a pair of semi short pants, a tank top sort of with a zipper in the bag. And her face had a few small markings, blue-violet lipstick, and some braclets. "Hey you two! Come back! I found a place for our to stop at" she shouted off, she'd knew they'd be back in a minute or two. She glanced up at the large tree house standing in front of her, looked kinda cool.

Musical notes drifted from the tree house, ringing out through the forest. Only those skilled with sound abilities could pinpoint the location of where the melody orginated from. Hoshi, who was one of those skilled enough, was the person who was playing the music. Though he played the electric guitar onstage, the accoustic guitar was really the instrument that calmed him. The accoustic guitar looked new. It's body was a glimmering, black oak with a dimming red ring around the hole in the center of the guitar. The neck was long, thin, and yet thick in the same instance. The strings shimmered with a polished silver, vibrating into a calming, musical note as Hoshi plucked each string with care. The noises of the forest were easily droaned out by Hoshi. He could choose what he listened to and what was muted from his highly trained ears. The forest kept quiet annd the water nearby only settled at a gurgle that could barely be heard. The musical notes ringing from his guitar was ringing, but Hoshi was also able to hear someone whisper from five miles away at the moment. The musical notes slowed as he picked up a conversation. The three people he could hear were yelling. Two were running, and another's steps slowed until they came to a stop. There could possibly be four, but Hoshi adn't bothered to pick up any more foot steps. Today he felt a bit calmer than usual, so did not fret for the moment. The tree house was big, so it might take them a while to find him, if they wanted to find him.

Nani blinked as she looked upwards, the tree looming above her now very small in comparsion body. She shivered when she heard music stop, it had sounded so...intracing that now she wasn't sure why she even bothered to let her ears hear anything else. She frowned, normally Nani wasn't the type to let her mind wonder off into such fantasys, screw that, she'd just go see what it was coming from...or who. She glanced in the direction where Sunny and Ryuu had headed off to, knowing they'd be by again pretty quickly. Nani shrugged as she turned to face the tree once more and let her hands grip the wooden planks. With one heave, she started to climb up the midly dangerous wooden planks, and up the tree. It took a little longer than she had expected though, the tree was much larger than she could have guessed from the ground. When she reached the top though, she wiped off the beads of sweat on her neck as she cooled down. Her eyes scanning the large area for signs of life, it was hot after all, she wanted to see who else would be crazy enough to stay in a forest nearby. Standing up, she began to look around, closing her eyes, she searched for areas where even a tint of emotion lied, and her eyes finally landed on a room where a sign was hanging on someone's neck, she couldn't read it though. She ended up walk straight up to the person, only to see a guy standing there with some beautiful gutair in his hands. "Hot" she replied, blunt? It wasn't clear if she was talking about him or the humid air, though Nani would often do that on purpose, to trick people.

Hoshi could hear someone climbing the oddly shaped planks that created a makeshift ladder up the tall, wide tree. Sighing, Hoshi just shrugged as he plucked at a few more strings. With his eyes closed, he cleared his mind and attempted to calm himself even further. It surprised him, how calm he had become just by sitting in the hot forest plucking guitar strings. But with the portruding thought of someone climbing up and finding him sitting there with his guitar. Hoshi could feel the hyperventilation attack coming on, his heart rate wuickening and hs breathin loud and quick and heavy as if he'd just run a mile or two without stopping. Taking a deep breath, he imagined that someone as a friend, calming down a bit and becoming a bit curious. Leaning over his guitar from where he sat in the corner leaning against the walls, he saw the girl enter the room. She looked strangely familiar, but it could've just een te heat playing with him. Blinking, he heard her remark and said nothing. Hoshi strummed and plucked at the strings a bit longer before giving a small nod. He was surprisingly calm, but being in the corner with the girl looming over him didn't help the slight suffocation in his throat. Climbing to his feet, Hoshi walked casually walked over to the square shaped hole in the wall, seemingly a window. He still said nothing, afraid he might choke on his words. But his current state was amazing to his usual hyperventilating state that was always brought on by strangers even in his sight.

Nani blinked as she laced her fingers into two areas where a belt would normally be placed as he watched him. It looked almost as if he was pacing for a second, but she was probably thinking too much. She walked a bit closer when he sat down again, but gave him his space so she could read his sign or real thoughts. The sign that hung over his chest showed something that surprised her at the least. Damn...he's that nervous? she thought as she watched him a bit longer in silence. It was the heat, messing with her normal emotions, she wasn't the type of girl to even have crushes, but more-over she never was the type to be coy or hesitate. She walked over slowly, still a bit aways from him, so he wouldn't immdately freak out on her. Then with a quick motion she reached down, pulling up his chin and meeting his lips with a steamy kiss. It didn't last all that long, and she wasn't trying to make the kid pass out or anything from nerves of some freaky girl just going up to him and kissing him. In her own head, it almost seemed more like she was giving him more air...yeah...like CPR or something, either way, Nani wasn't really evil. She had broken it right after she broke his lips apart, knowing that that kind of kiss would be over-stepping her boundries. She felt sastifed though, the hotness of the forest was her excuse, for the moment anyway. She slipped off her shoes and then reached down, tearing off the bottom part of her pants so she now wore a pair of cut-off shorts. "I know your probably pissed off or freaked right now, but why not go for a swim? If it makes you feel any better, I won't try anything in the water, promise" she said with a shrug. Sure enough she latched onto a vine that was hanging nearby and suddenly swung out of the room, and straight outwards. The fall was pretty unexpeced, and quite deep, she hit the water, but she didn't come up.

Hoshi glanced towards Nani, blinking in slight confusion. Then he realised what she was about to do. Hoshi took a deep breath, clearing his mind. No. No stranger would ever do that. But there were some pretty 'comfortable' people at Ria who like being around alot of people they didn't know. His mind had gotten off track for the moment. Maybe their abilities allowed them a safe mind, knowing they'd be able to protect themselves if anything went wrong. Hoshi pressed himself up against the windowsill, afraid he might fall out and die from the plunge. He gripped ont the guitar, the notes finally settling quiet and mute, vibrating no more as Hoshi's fingers clutched to the neck of the guitar. Hoshi lost his breath just as Nani pressed her lips against his, his heartbeat growing silent for the first time in so long. As soon as she pulled away, color returned to his face and his heartbeat regulated its normal pace. Feeling a bit more comfortable and yet confused all at once, Hoshi climbed to his feet and set down his guitar. He still hadn't spoken a word, butdidn't feel he need to at the moment. Obediently slipping off his shoes and socks, he pulled off his shirt and could already feel the dry wind cooling him. Wlaking over to the opening of the room, he watched as she swung over the edge and dropped into the water. After a few seconds of her not emerging, Hoshi listened for any unsettling movement in the water. Sighing, he gripped the vine on its rebound and swung off the ledge. Hesitantly letting go, he felt himself drop and then the impact of water on his skin.
