she let out a softer laugh, and smiled fondly at her thoughts.
"indeed, this was the first anlach I was old enough to be apart of. and to think, I'm going to be a mother soon."
"I am sorry about losing you're mother. I'm sure we could both use them right now, for advice on parent hood" she let out another small laugh
"have you been a mother before Telyne?" she inquired, becoming aware to the fact that she knew so very little about her harem sister "have you participated in others Anlach?"
her ears were slowly starting to make there way up again. seeming to be a bit more comfortable in the Gray Hind's presence

“Yes, some advice would be nice,” Telyn admitted, starting to worry about what sort of mother she would be. What if her child didn’t like her? It wasn’t under any obligation to do so… it wasn’t as if Telyn liked every single deer she came across; her child would be no different. What if he or she hated Brychan? She shook her head, refusing to consider such dark thoughts. By this point, she had learned that, in her condition, any dark thought would be amplified. Damn hormones…
“Hm? No, no… this is my first Anlach too. The first time I’m old enough.” Huh. That’s odd… that made her about the same age as Loreena. She had thought the red hind was slightly younger, to be honest. Maybe it was just her naïve nature that made Telyn think that. Foolish, really. Of course they had to be around the same age! “This will be my first child.”
Hah. Ironic, considering that just a few months ago, she would have laughed at the idea of participating in Anlach.

"oh then we are the same" she said, with a soft giggle "take no offense but I thought you were a bit older then me"
she let out a sigh, having been drained from the crying she had done, but felt, much better not that she had gotten that out.
"then this is something new for the both of us."
she smiles, movieng her head back again to lick at her side.
"did you... were you one of those young who ever knew there father?" she asked, somewhat awkwardly.

“No offense taken! I thought you were a little younger, to be honest.” Well, alright, maybe Telyn was a little offended… it wasn’t, after all, a very nice thing to be told that you seemed older than you were. Then again, Loreena hadn’t mentioned appearances at all. Of course not! Loreena had clearly been referring to Telyn’s mature and somewhat overbearing attitude.
“My father? No, I don’t remember him at all. My mother must have pointed him out to me at least once or twice when I was young, but I really don’t recall him. He simply wasn’t an important figure in my life.” She felt quite a bit of regret at that, actually, even though it clearly wasn’t her fault. Maybe part of the reason that she was so snarky and attention-grabbing was simply because she had wanted her father’s attention. Telyn wasn’t sure if this was true or not… after all, plenty of other hinds never knew their father. It was pretty typical for the fawns to meet him perhaps once when they were too young to really know. But, she knew that it was a big part of her reason for asking Brychan to pay attention to any fawns. “I simply want Brychan to be more than a vague figure to our baby, whether it’s a fawn or a calf.”
“What about you? Did you know your father?”
