Update of sorts: So, the person who started this whole livejournal campaign thing talked to the customer service guy everyone's been emailing--his name's Neil--over the phone. It's cute, because all the comments are like, "OMG Neil's so awesome!" and stuff. Anyway, here's a link to the person's post about the phone call. It's still sounding hopeful!

Death, I think you got the bitter reply because it sounds like you sent a rather bitter email in the first place. sweatdrop

Lawlz, I was really bitter in my letter. >< But I wrote an apologetic response to Neil saying I didn't mean to sound like a b***h to him personally, just on the topic in general. So, yeah.
