You have forgotten "because" in most cases.
A teacher would mark that wrong because normal people usually read left to right! Haha.
Anyways, I'm saying that no one's grammar is completely correct. We all need help. heart

That's how it was in my workbook. It is an acrostic.

to all: wow, i didn't think this'd be so much of a melee! there are some really good points flying around, here.
to Cowleanna and those claiming good grammar: then, please, help me out! you all can imagine that this is going to be a titanic undertaking, and I'm probably going to go a bit insane trying to correct, provide info for, and help everyone, even though I'll try. any help is welcome
it actually is "whole", the "w" is silent. they say that the English language is the hardest to learn for these precise reasons. no other language's syntax (usage of words, spellings, and their interrelated meanings) is so complex. WE TAKE SCHOOL COURSES IN OUR OWN LANGUAGE!! that alone should prove the language is hard to learn.
so, general consensus is, "it's a good idea"?

Bad da_Black_knight, you didn't capitalize most of your words or use punctuation.(sp?)

(*doh!) You're right, (punctuation is spelled correctly), if I'm gonna start "teaching" (I should find a different word for what I'll be doing, "teaching" is so strict!) I'd better start practicing what I preach. (er, teach...)
Bad grammar, very bad! No cookie!

Who doesn't? Anyway, I'll be working on getting my grammar to be more consistent. In the meantime, anyone want to help me with this great endeavor?

Helping with grammar makes me sick. Haha! I would say I would, but I'm in crunch time at school right now. T.O.K. stuff and projects to do are sitting on my desk staring at me. I need to do that first. heart
