I dont think one is necessarily better than the other but I do think Kirk is better for Metallica and Dave is better for Megadeth. Metallica would not be who they are without Kirk and Megadeth IS Dave Mustaine.

That said, Metallica kicks Megadeth's a** and that gives my vote to Kirk!

im glad they kicked Dave i hate him...but what does he do afterwards..creates a shitty band...god i hate him so much...cuz he sucks and cant do many things (musically) right.

Kirk because Dave quit because he thought the band was becoming to "main stream"

okay, Kirk Hamett has been in The Band since it was created. Dave Mustaine entered and left (well, he got kicked), but i think it was for the best. Now there's megadeth too mrgreen
