Sakuya_Sakura Yetihunter Simple because after O'Malley Left his brain pretty much any and all smarts that Caboose had were either destroyed or taken away by O'Malley. I agree with that, but what about when he gets angry and goes on his rampages? He's smart then. He doesnt sound smart then XD. He yells things like "I HATE KITTENS!". He's still stupid during it though.

Sarge Sounds like he took some of the furniture when he left. And the carpet. And the drapes. And I wouldn't expect to get that deposit back, if you know what I mean. LOL.... When O'mally left, he left Caboose his e-mail address and voicemail. Thats why whenever Caboose goes on an anger rampage he sounds like O'mally. Go watch the episode. I swear to god that what he says. "Maybe O'mally left his home phone number.... or maybe his voicemail!" Maybe not in those exact words, but....

how is nobody getting this?somewhere in the series when caboose was talking about ..I forgot but then I think Tucker said "Also say that you love punching people in the head in their sleep!" or something along the lines of that. Then Caboose says "That was you?!? I thought the toothfairy was mad at me!" Obviously he got brain damage from that.

In Out of Mind, D says that the spontanious injection of an A.I. can be catastrophic to the physce of an agent.
So, the injection and ejection of O'Mally shocked Cabooses brain so much, that most of his brain cells died and he became a retard.
