Oh and when I mean by forms.. its her physical appearance... the clothes don't count.. cuz you can change them anytime you want..
Just wanted to clarify that for everyone... When I have time I'll do two more profiles on her other two forms.. here is another one.. but it isn't use or should say it only happens when she looses control over her demonic power like InuYasha...

((Alright I'm going to start it.. hopefully more people with characters will fall in...))
-A girl with red hair, lies on the ground in the forest, as she is covered with wounds and her clothes are wrecked from wear and tear due to some sort of battle, her clothes are different. She starts to come to...-
"Uughh where am I?" -Lifts her head up from off the ground and lets her eyes focus to the bright light peeking through the tree tops. Her eyes are unlike any eyes that have been seen here...the upper part of her eyes are a violet-blue, as the lower part of her eye is brown.-
-Slowing getting up as she struggles to stand...-
"InuYasha...?"-There is no response...-
"Kagome...? Shippo....? Sango....? Kiara....? Miroku....?" -Still there is no responses from her comrades.. She begins to fear the worst...-
"Kiryoku?!" -The girl screams out with fear...-
*Where could she be..?*
-In the distance the girl heres some barking.-
"Huh? Kiryoku is that you...?" -She turns towards the direction of the sound, out of the bushes comes a light gray wolf and charges at the girl.-
"Ahhh!!!" -The girl falls down to the ground as the wolf tackles her to the ground.
"Heheh cut it out Kiryoku!!" -Giggles the girl as she tries to push Kiryoku, the wolf off of her. Kiryoku gets off of the girl.-
"Did you find the others?" -The girl askes Kiryoku. Kiryoku starts barking at her. The girl barks in replay to Kiryoku as the girl learns about the information from her companion.
"So this is where we ended up in that battle against Naraku and his incarnations?" -Kiryoku gives a light bark in reply.-
"Who would have thought that Akuma would find a way to use the Shikkon Jewel with Naraku's power to open up into a different world.... I just hope the others are safe.." -Kiryoku lightly wines. The girl takes notes of this with worry.-
"Kiryoku are you okay?" -The girl begins to inspect Kiryoku to make sure she's not injured from their recent battle against their enemy. After completely looking of Kiryoku. The girl sighs with relief.-
"Well you're okay. Don't scare me like that!" -Kiryoku licks the girl's face in apology. The girl smiles at Kiryoku.- "You're a good girl don't worry..."
-Both the girl and Kiryoku look around at their surroundings and then towards the east.- "I guess... we'll have to see exactly where we landed... hopefully we'll be able to find our way back to our own time.."
-The girl and Kiryoku head off to the east. Yet surprising enough the girl's wounds have started to heal... A girl with red hair, two-tone eyes, strange clothes and mysterious powers. This strange girl is Reikage Sanshi powers of both demonic and spirtual, with her female wolf companion Kiryoku.-
((Yeah I know I wrote a lot.. hopefully this will the rping going.))
