shin used a rilfe skill each skills use random number action determeing what the skill is depends on what is does
for instacnes some skills requier you to place 1 to 2 numbers and so on along with certain weapons

shins rilfe cover shot requiers 3 shots and here is what the numbers do

1 miss
2 1 hit 2 miss's
3 2 hit 1 miss's
4 3 hit 0 miss
5 miss

unless a coutner mesuer or skill is used even with a skill attack it is possabily to not or get hit

we know sometimes the place can lack people so personal is a way to put more into the rpg to command perosnal you will have to command them perosnaly or another one will to make them attack you simply do the same as a regualer attack so on but there weapons will have to be combined and will have to use (still working on system)
