It wasn't long before the silver-haired man gave up on the idea and started walking through random throngs of people, finally running into a man with a halo. Wearing red.

"What the hell, JoVo?" he stammered, stopping and looking around at the goings on.

Biting his cig with his teeth in the thought of JoVo being in ED made Ziko want to gag.

"I thought you didn't hang around here anymore!"

JoVo turned up at the sound of his name. "Q. s**t." He turned to his right and saw two floating avatars dressed in Romani suits and sunglasses turn to face him. "Great."

The men in the suits began to float his direction. JoVo pulled his pitchfork from his cape and threw it at one of the men. The man raised his hand effortlessly. The pitchfork stopped inches from his face. The man waved his fist, and the pitchfork pixellated and dispersed into nothingness.

JoVo pushed a Gaian wearing a mesh top and duck slippers aside and began to run toward Q. He grabbed Q aside and turned a corner, landing in a separate thread. He knelt on the ground and peeked to ensure they weren't being followed.

He turned to Q. "I don't come around here often," he whispered. "But try not to yell my name out like that. You'll attract the mods. They've been trying to ban me for several days now, and now they've got these trackers after me."

JoVo looked around the corner. Confident they hadn't been followed, JoVo removed his halo from his head. He put it to his mouth and kissed it. "Gay Guild," he whispered into it. He let the halo go. The halo hovered and twirled in the air for a few moments until it had traveled several feet from Q and him. Then, the halo fixed itself perpendicular to the ground and expanded into an ellipse. The light inside the halo began to bend and crack. A vortex formed where there had only been empty space a second before.

"You coming?!" JoVo yelled over the ionized crackling. Behind them, the trackers in their Romani suits had pinpointed their location. They began to float toward JoVo, Q, and the halo. JoVo smiled at Q and ran into the vortex.

At the Barton Town gate, he whispered a monosyllable name and held out his hand to transmit a secret password.
As he moved into the city, his clothes and appearance shifted. He was wearing a number of popular items and carrying a winged staff. The shoes bothered him a bit and with a little concentration he changed into more comfortable sandals.
He briefly scanned for announcements in the tall building off the square, then moved into the Guild Registry building that served as the nexus for all the sub-planes.
"User 22167." A list of four destinations appeared.( Four? damn, I guess I let myself lapse in the Musicians Guild.)
Selecting the first option, he watched the transition and looked down on his domain. Quite suddenly, a vortex opened in a datafield below.
Must be in trouble. Again.
He went down to greet his errant Left Hand.
"And what makes you think you're in less trouble here?"

Ziko looked confused for a moment, and his cig almost fell to the ground when his mouth opened in awe at the halo kissing.

Then he realized what was going on, and got up from his place on the floor, running after the magic man.

"Hey, Wait a second! Jo-" At that moment, Ziko had went through the vortex at a running pace, and had no idea what happened when he slammed himself into Vague.

The man promptly fell over and was seeing stars for the next few moments.

"Jesus..." he whispered before gaining his bearing and sitting up, scratching his head.

A grimace was on his face for a second before he saw that Vague was the burly man he'd run into.

"Oh... Sorry, Vague," He gave an innocent smile- as innocent as he could be.

Afterward the mutt got up and started pulling on various pieces of JoVo's clothing, Ziko's chains twinking with all the movement.

"That was AWESOME! Can we do it again?!" He began pulling on the devil tail, "Warp us to the Yuri guild!" somehow, the man materialized to pull on the toe of Jovo's shoes.
"The Cult of Personality!" And again the hectic appearance on JoVo's head, tugging at JoVo's long red locks, "How about the Guild Council!"

Finally, Ziko wrapped himself around JoVo's legs like a little kid, sitting on the other man's shoes with his weretail wagging vehemently.

"CHATTERBOX!"

"Goodness no!" JoVo exclaimed. JoVo replaced the halo on top of his horns. "Do you realize how much attention using this thing draws? I'm trying to keep a low profile, here."

JoVo looked at Vague and raised his chin. "Hey." He looked around. "Not less trouble per se. But the trackers will have to report to a mod before they can come after me in a different forum. That'll take them some time. I'll be fine as long as I run from them long enough for them to get tired of resetting the trackers. Mods are notorious for their small attention spans."

JoVo smiled mischieviously. He pulled his cape off and threw it into a corner. The cape morphed into a blob, then to a neatly folded piece of cloth. "So what's going on in here? Did you just get online or what?"

"I can definitely see where that's true of some mods in this guild. And, really, do you have to show off so much? It's... unbecoming."

He turned, surveying the guild once more.

"I sense trouble. You can practically smell it on the wind. Not that we're ever short on trouble, but...
I'd like you to keep a close eye on things. And Keithing, too, I must remember to tell him. Something is brewing." He eyed Ziko, carefully absorbing and recording information. "And I think I may not like it."

Ziko looked up at Vague from his place on JoVo's shoes.

Leaning so far back to watch his eye movements, Ziko let go of Jovo's legs and fell on his back on the floor with an "oomph".

He gave a breif smile. "It's not me, is it?" he asked from his place on the floor.

"It's because I'm unusually clingy today, isn't it?" He frowned. "I'm sorry..."

Ziko's one eye widened as he stood back up, dusting himself off again.
"Hey, Vague, why are you, um... Na-" Ding.

"Oh, hey! Mail!" Ziko grabbed the newly formed speech bubble above his head and dragged it down to his eye level, opening up the envelope and reading it.

After a few breif seconds of much-loved quiet from the silver-haired man, he sat down and began typing up a reply. After he was done, he stuffed the paper in the envelope and tossed the speech bubble into oblivion.

Standing back up, Ziko stated to Vague, forgetting all about his previous comment on the nudity of the admin, "Aside from the trouble brewing in the air cliche, I think..."

The were tail began wagging again as Ziko's eye widened in surprise, spotting something behind Vague.

"OH MY GOD!"

And with that, the man ran off to try and catch a floating blue giftbox.
"Come back here!" he yelled as he chased after it.

The happy pill had given him a little too much happy today.

Invi abandoned the GD. He never found anything there, anyway. Just silly people tossing insults at one another. The Music Forum Mafia didn't seem to want any outsiders posting, and the Comic Book Mafia, though nicer, just made him feel dumb. All the reasons he never really left his guilds.

The ED was occasionally a nice haven of (psuedo) intelligent conversation. He sighed and sat down waiting for someone to say something cool. Somewhere among the strangers, he heard a familiar voice.

"Invi! hey, over here!" tahariel cried again, pushing her way through the crowd, using the pitchfork when it became necessary. and it became necessary very offten where she was concerned.

she ploped down next to invi, blowing the bangs out of her one visible eye and smiling gratefully. "Thank god i found someone i recognize around here..." she muttered, laying her head against his shoulder. "What are you up to?"

JoVo watched Ziko run off after the giftbox. He turned to Vague. "What kind of trouble? 'Me'-sort of trouble, or some other sort of trouble?"

Crafty stalked past her mailbox. She knew it was full, but right now, she just wanted to talk. The Ibiss was deserted and there was a clash of personalities happening in the Cult, so she headed to more friendly ground; The Gay Guild.

Maybe not a good idea. Vague was talking to JoVo about trouble. Something must have happened again. She sat back on the edge and resigned herself to reading her mail.

Pell came into the guild with a boxfull of popsicles. He took the cherry one out of his mouth, dripping juice down.

Just as he opened his mouth to say "I never get things like that." A brown box with wings smacked him right in the back of the head. Upon opening the mystical coffin, he was unplesantly surprised to find a gasmask.

"Nothing good...ever." he sighs, then replaces the popsicle in his mouth for a moment, savoring the bitter taste of crappy items.

Pell tosses his hands up into the air, tossing confetti shaped like phalluses. "c**k! I mean, Popsicles for all! Come get them while their hot...I mean cold. I have Cherry, I've got Grape. I've got Off-Topic, and for those of you who are trendy, I've got Hot-Topic flavored popsicles."

He passed out popsicles to all the lurkers, those who looked but never spoke. He liked to think of them as the 'Silent....' Silent....okay, he didn't think of them enough to come up with a name for them.

Invi smiled nervously at Tahariel. Should he tell her?

He sighed melodramatically. "I'm brooding. How about you?"

"Brooding? Why in the world are you doing that?" she asks, then reaches up to grab a cookie from...somewhere. actually, she wasn't quite sure where they came from but wherever it was, it sure was full of cookies. handing it over to him, she cuddles against his arm, giving him half a hug. "Anything i can help with, hun?"

Mick gave up on shopping a bit back, but still seems to have the urge to purge.[[And I don't care if that doesn't make sense, it rhymes and that's all that matters.]]

Briefly, he looks around at all the people in the direct vicinity of himself and shouts "ALL OF YOU OUT OF MY WAY!" But one moves, and it was some lowly person that had joined the guild but never posted. Mick ran up to him and gave him a big hug, as his shouting was a small and not in relation to anything test to see if anyone would move for him, and they got a great big hug.

So Mick thought to himself, that's been enough for a day...

He sighed, "It's a friend of mine. He--" he struggled. "His parents have him in lockdown." He sat down on the ground and looked up at the forum blue sky.

"I wish I could kidnap him without getting arrested."

His brow furrowed.
*sigh* "When is there not 'you' sort of trouble? But I mean something else. I think something big is about to happen. You know these users are like my children. I want all our bases covered especially after what happened following that last incident."
