can either of you teach me ways to somehow get better at the control? i get the feeling somethings watching me, and a shiver......but the weird thing is when that also happens, my eyes water. so i dont know if thats some kind of defense mechanism, or a way my body tells me something is there. id like to learn, cause i can sometimes feel peoples emotions

I have the same problem. You've probably got a ghost watching you. My grandmothers second husband (or something like that) died when I was about two and when my sis was 6 months. He comes and visits us everyonce in awhile. My parents will smell cigarette smoke out o fthe blue and I will know he's there, I can feel him. I've tried talkin to him (I can kinda talk to ghosts. All I ever here are grunts or moans...I'm wokring on it). But ya, I get the feeling of being watched and my eyes water when a ghost is watching me. It's a usual for me, every few months.

i think its my grandpa, cause he was the first to die that i can remember.also, i've been told that i have an indian on each shoulder, like guardian angels. (i have cherokee in me, but im so many things as well i guess i just look caucasian) the other night i was focusing while lying on my side, and for a second it felt like someone was above me, and said something in my ear. it only sounded like a grunt, i couldn't make it out

i have that problem when ur eyes water etc. it creeps me out coz i now sumin is deff happend and is watching me either tehy are real or not

One time I picked up a chair and threw at my brother with out touching it.

ONE TIME I HAD APPARNETLY PICKED UP A CHAIR AND HAD THROWN IT AT MY BROTHER BUT I NEVER ACTUALLY TOUCHED IT AT ALL THIS WAS FREAKY.....

One time, when i was 6 my cat was dying of mange, so my dad shot it in the head with a 20 Ga. and i saw him shoot it. I even watched him throw it in the woods, but a week later my stepmom was unlocking the door to go inside, and the same cat started rubbing on her legs and half its head was gone. My dad had to kill it...again. it was weird.
