God, give it a chance. I don't think it would really replace the live action. I'm open to the idea and willing to give it a chance, but I'm not giving it high hopes. Nothing beats the original.
As long as there's Sentai, live action Power Rangers will go on.

I don't think it is a good idea if two senerios happen.
A. Disney makes it because they know parents pay less attention to cartoon violence then live action violence.
B. Disney decides to make it to have more control over plotline to wane out the sentai influance so it is easyer to market towards kids.
why I belive these options are bad because in option A they will add a bit more violence to it. For obtion B it will get rid of the orignal influnance and shame the orignal sorce just so disney can make a $$$$. I am shure most of us know how much Disney is willing to murder a great story or concept these days for a $.

Eastman and Laird didn't even approve of how that series turned out. If you are talking about the Live action Turtles movie, then that is a different story. As for doing a PR Animated, I think it would end up being too much like Voltron which did serve as some inspiration for the series in the first place. There might even be legal issues involving the concept of being animated like Voltron. Might be able to do it, Live Action to animated battle sequences or ranger sequences, but that would probably require an "Alternate World" Scenario in the plot line to justify the media transition. And what is all this about Disney?

Yeah ******** right =/ Toei and Disney aren't the best of friends I talked with Tony Oliver about this in person, we had a good 15 minute conversation. He says Toei is arguing with Disney about the use of Sentai footage, since Disney is starting to interfere with Toei's story telling. Although Tony said its just speculation.

ZeoSaturn Give it a chance. Who knows.....you might actually like it. I'm keeping an open mind about it. If you actually WANT the series to end...you trail it off into cartoon form, and we will all forget about it. Oh- the day when we don't remember the last episode, becasuse we cannot relate to the cartoon characters as we did with the live characters. Noooooooooooooo! It is the end of us all.....

wahmbulance (<☼>::+~-~->Where ever that we go, the three brave Anigos...Personally I don't think it can get any worse I guess, but can it get any better? Hopefully, if it's for certain that it will be animated, I hope it's in the right direction.
