Elle remained less obvious. From time to time she might glace out of the corner of her eye at him, but generally did nothing. she knew he stole glances at her, she felt her chest stop when he did. If he did't cut it out she'd have heart problems. She bit her lip to keep from laughing at the idea, though a smile did manage to work its way across her mouth. That would be something. 'Her heart stopped because she was looked at.'
((I'll forget to tell you later: I'll be leaving Sunday and wont' get back until Saturday))

The bell rang for everyone to leave the classroom and go to their next class. Jake walked out swiftly waiting at the door for Elle, hoping to talk to her and walk her to class.

Elle took her time, stuffing her notebooks back into her bag and her pen into her purse. standing, she slung both over her shoulders and began walking towards the front of class. "I trust you won't be late again?" The teacher asked, raising a severe eyebrow. "Wouldn't miss it for the world..." She muttered, rolling her eyes and walking out the class. Elle didn't notice the beautiful entity waiting for her as nobody had waited for her at the door in past years, so she really didn't expect anyone to now. That and her mind was wrapped up in other matters. As she got into the hall she leaned against the brick and pulled out her schedule, studying it.

Jake went striding over to Elle gracefully. "May I walk you to your next class?" he asked putting on his charm.

Elle jumped, putting a hand on her chest to steady herself. Looking up to him, she smiled and nodded. A few girls shot her a dirty look, making her laugh slightly, resisting the urge to flip them the bird. "So long as you're not worried of ruining your status in the school by walking and talking with me. Oh, and knowing where the hell the room is would be a plus." She held out the paper for him to see.

Elle could hardly contain her happiness - but she managed. He was probably just being friendly, no need to get so excited. Smiling back kindly she nodded. "That's awesome! You willing to let me follow you around or should I maintain my distance?" She asked seriously.

Elle smiled and nodded. "Sounds good to me. So how long have you been at this school? I've never seen you before..." She asked, trying to start a conversation. It was strange that someone so beautiful had been at the same school for god knows how long and she never notice. Though, she supposed it was possible, normally she maintained her distance from people, especially beautiful ones.

She raised an eyebrow and tilted her head back for a second, looking at the ceiling before ahead of her again. "Really? I mean...you had offered to show me around earlier like you've been to this school for a while is all. But then...I never show up for orientations so I never know where to go..." Elle nodded to herself, that was probably it. They were standing outside their classroom with a few minutes to spare by now.

"Well, I came yesturday to see where all my classes were..." Jake said turning to her then gave a ladies first type gesture to the door.

"Well thank you" Elle said, stepping inside the class. "You know, it feels wierd being on time for a class on the first day. That's never happened." She smiled to herself and shook her head.

"Elle." The teacher said as they walked in. He was a snow-man shapped fellow, but he seemed nice enough. "Hi, Mr. Lane." She replied with a small grin and a wave as she made her way to the back of the class. "He's nice. Doesn't really make you feel like it's student to teacher. We keep getting into conversations at the library about God knows what." She explained with a shrug, dropping her things in a seat and sitting on the desk until the bell rang.
