"I've already been 100% confident before...multiple times. Once I give up, that's everyone else's permisson to give up. But I haven't necessarily give up yet... The price will probably be atleast 30k since I have many subs. With that 30k, I will be able to buy a new guild, along with some subs. Hopefuly we'll have leftovers so I can donate to the mule. With the mules gold, we'll be buying items for people and whatnot."

oh for when you are actually selling the guild.
The guild there is already ready...and very new. I also own it at the moment, and as long as you aren't selling the guild before the end of two weeks, then i'll hand it over to you at the price of 18k therefore only 12k needed to reach the 30,000
