I have a theory on the whole "Page 2 of 1" thing. A page holds 15 posts normally, therefore, when a page receives it's 15th post, it creates a second page and a link to it. However, when you click on it, there are no posts to display, so it just reverts back to the first page. I don't know why it says 2 of 1, but I think that's why the second page doesn't work until a post is placed on it (16, 31, 46, etc.).
