Since it's URTV related and I think Ema lost the copy I sent to her I figured I'd post this here - one of the Japanese URTV fan rings! I managed to scrape together a translation (mainly it's just romanization of names) for the links on the first page (categories of stuff). Done with the help of Sherlock's Systrans translator thing-a-majig - so a few don't make a whole lot of sense but I think you can figure it out (unless someone who actually knows Japanese would be willing to clarify ^.^)

That ring has a lot of pretty fanart (I only found one other URTV ring / Union with a large number of links and most if not all are in this ring in addition to a few more) but beware, most of the adult stuff is not marked very well if at all (most other artsites have some 18+ warning on either the whole site or a particular gallery if it has adult content, but I don't remember any of these having it). Also this ring includes fanfiction so not all sites will have galleries (and some of them are just hard to find >.<).
Now if only I could find some pretty design sketches from E2 that I haven't already seen *lurvs production sketches* - they didn't release any of Jr. this time *sobs*

http://www010.upp.so-net.ne.jp/h_majin/index_2.html - this one is pretty easy to navigate if you don't read Japanese / don't browse Japanese sites regularly. This one has its own gallery in addition to many pretty links. No adult material on the main site (as far as I can tell) but it links to some sites with adult content which, as I mentioned before (since they're some of the same sites) often don't mark the adult content as such. So you just have to be careful if you want to avoid it (or clever if you're looking for it).
