i think its either earth or water.
mostly water.
and no, she doesnt make the ground explode directly, she lets a burst of chakra from her fists crushing the surrounding area.
im pretty sure its water because she is a med nin and water is a healing element.

It hasn't been revealed what Sakura's chakra type is, but I think it will be water since water can both be calm and be chaotic, waters constantly forming to new things and water heals, so I would think that Sakura, with her drastic change and power to heal, her personality and everything that has really happened so far, I would think her chakra would be water, but since it hasn't been revealed *shurgs*

I think she's either water, earth or both.
Main reason: Tsunade, Jiraiya and Orochimaru have this whole rock-paper-scissors thing going on, so I assume that Sakura, Naruto and Sasuke will as well.

-gigglesnort- I was just going to start going on about water healing because of the image I got from Avatar, but it looks like its already been brought up. xD;
Teehee. But, honestly, I see Sakura being water. Ever After Times explanation basically works with what I was going to say. <3 It matches her personality, her healing ability, and moments that happened through-out the series. <3

why u guys vote earth?? what's ya evidence?? how sakura cracked the ground?? well anyways.. i dont know,, but i think its wind.. just guessing.. but i hope they will reveal her chakra element..

earth makes more sense. Its about control, and strength. Charkra control, and her insane strength. It isn't that she can just split open a mountain, its her strength and control that does. Also it makes more sense, a sort of balance in the team 7 trio. Earth, Electricity and Wind. Her healing abilities don't come with her type of charkra, but more with her control. It also just seems to make sense to have Sakura an earth charkra.
