roothands I'm from Nashville, Tennessee, but my husband is from Los Angeles, and if it wasn't for our friend in Israel who recommended this show to us, we never would have become fans.
Also, I've noticed that a lot of the fans of this show tend to be Jews. What is up with that? Maybe its cause Jews are attracted to Jews and BSG has a jewish cast member ninja

EDIT: There was a character (walk-on) in the last episode named Hershel.

I come from the town of Launceston, the provence Tasmania, which is from the experimental colony that is Australia. In your poll, there is no Australian option so I just voted for 'Other'.
