He looked at the boy and sighed. "Sadly now you're not going any where!" He had his wand in hand and pointed towards the door. "Colloportus!" He waited still for the boys answer and reaction. "If you force me to find out your name I will take away 20 points of your house, son." His own voice became harder and chilly. He moved the wand to the sticky subjekt over his wolf. "Evanesco!" With that his wolf was free and it came up behind Togi and the proffesor placed his hand on the wolfs head. "Now how do you want it?"

Kouki turned around, he closed his eyes.
"I'm not your child!"
He screamed at the man.
"Stop useing magic!"
Kouki promptly vomited after he yelled that, he fell to his knees and continued heaving. He knew all the teachers had the roll sheet, the teacher could just look at that but no, the teacher had to spend 20 minutes asleep.
"My name is Kouki Demon, I don't like you."
Kouki turned and clawed at the door like a trapped rat.

"Not use magic huh?"He wlaked up to the door an vometing. He just pointed at it and it disapeard. Then Togi looked at his scroll over students and nodded. "10 points down for Slytherin." He looked aorund at the others as he closed the door behind himself. "Now if there isn't any one else funny around shall we begin?"

Kouki was clawing at the door he wanted out, this man made him so angry. He should have never came to class. Not like he could actually do any of the spells required for this class. He bared his teeth at the back of the man, for once he listened to his instincts this man had wronged him.
Kouki stopped no that was wrong. He sulked back to his chair and opened his potion book, what was the point in studing for the magic he didn't even have?

"Good...now does any one know a name of any transfiguration magic at all?" He looked around and was starting to wonder wich people had what kind of roles here. He sat down at his desk and looked at the class. The act of the boy intrested him and he was going to find out more about him. This boy needed a hand and Togi wanted to know how to give one. Now he got out of thinking he looked for rasied hands.
Jonathan himself was looking into the last parts of his transfiguration book and as usual was gone in his own little world where every thing was easy to learn. Also had the clouds a funny form today. Then he shook his head and whent back to class.

"I'm gonna hate this class."Angel mumbled,she didn't really get along with teachers,and she was sure this one would get on her bad side...which no one wanted to be.

He whent up to Angel and looked at her. "If you don't know I suggest you find out! So now I will give you a chance...Angel! Give me one Transfiguration spell and it's use...bonus would be if youcan mark a famous persing using the spell.

Kouki used his wand as a back scratcher as he tired to listen to class, but lost intrest afer 'famous person'. Mortag the toad was famous in knockturn ally for turning those pesky Aurors into goats and pigs, But kouki was sure that wouldn't count as famous. Kouki looked at the dreamless sleep potion, a wicked idea creeped into his head.

Katters quietly opened the door and peeked inside.
She looked around at her fellow first years, and presently smiled.
She waved at Kouki from her position in the doorway.
