Kel darted through the crowds of panicked villagers, amidst the horrible screams of the dying and fearful. A long sword was gripped in one hand, a bow and quiver slung across her back. Her long red hair was tied back in a tight braid from the crown of her head, a homemade spiked strap woven into it, so that any who mistook her hair as a grip would get an unpleasant surprise.
She passed by one of the flaming houses, a child's scream cut off short as the roof caved in.
Kel flinched, but did not stop...there was nothing she could do for him now.
Farther ahead, a few of her male friends were running out of a second burning house, leading an old woman, a young man, and a little girl, all shaken and covered in soot. The tiny mite was held in one of her friend's arms, her eyes wide and staring ahead sightlessly.
Kel gave them a grim nod, slowing for a minute. "Damage?"
"Dunno, Kel...I think this one's in shock," answered the one holding the child. "The others are fine, 'cept the mother's dead."
She gritted her teeth. "Get 'em all outta here. I'm goin' to snuff the one doin' this. This ain't no proper storm-now go!"
"But-" A second man looked as if he was about to object.
"NOW." Kel ordered, her voice as hard as rock.
They obliged with no further qualms, leading the broken family away.

..:{:..Pray to god..:}:.. He grasped the reigns on his horse, slowing it to a stop, and glanced back at the village. So many survivors... Something completely unexpected. Perhaps one dream is not enough to conquer all. He let off an irritated sigh, and turned his mare to face the panicking town.
With a chuckle he gazed upon it, reading each child's' deepest fear as they ran to the nearest shelter. He couldn't help but chuckle. How can so much power be over looked on such a daily basis?! These children were sitting right in front of them, but they choose to let them do as they please. He shrugged as he read another. He grinned as the apocalypse flashed through his mind. a figure in a dark wooly cloak wonders through the egde of the forset close to the towns.
watching it from the distanct...
the girl could see many terror stricken faces.
many in which where children, hardly older then herself.
studing the villege somemore she finds the reason for their terror.
fires of many multattides where eatting and blazing away at there small houses, turned them into nothing but black ash and rubble.
standing there nervously....
not sure if she should help or continue on her way.......
but her inner being getting the better of her
she pulls outs out a long wooden bow and straps a blue arrow to its string
consintrating hard, a tiny blue ball of engery forms at the tip......once the energy is big enough..
she released the arrow
it flies high into the air and brusts just above the center of the town sended waves of rain to wash out fires
