It may take several hours.
If its at 100 Kb.
It could be a matter of minutes.
But if its 0 Kb.
All you can do is wait, and hope it goes higher.

All you can do is wait, and hope it goes higher. i use bittorrent on downloading that... just like what streavon said internet here in the philippines is crappy... i think when i direct download a 150mb deathnote episode, it takes me 2~3hours... So basically, THE SIZE matters HERE!...
