Here's the deal.
These are 100% okay,
since they are nothing but
Event Retrieval links.
Since the Random Event notification
was broken for a long time,
you only get events that you
would have gotten the normal way in that time.
That's why some of you get nothing.
It's because you wouldn't have, anyway.
That's also why these stop working after a while-
They've fixed the Notification icon in the bar up there.
