To clone a plant a certain way it is necessary for the environment to be aseptic, as an antiseptic will not do. Agnostics believe it is impossible to know if God exists or does not exist. Athiests believe God does not exist. So Asepticism is linked to Atheism as it is completely devoid of all microbes. An Antiseptic merely prevents the risk of an infection, not totally eradicating the chance of it. So that must be linked to agnosticism. I am so bad at this...
