I respect him because of his outlook on life. "Hard work can beat genius". Plus he's unique. A hard worker, and he doesn't have any special ninjutsu skills, only his martial arts skills. I don't love him romatically, but I do love him because of his actions and words. x3;

Okee, here goes. I love Rock Lee because:
a.) He's hardworking and has a good philosophy/work ethic. He believes in himself! xd
b.) His Taijutsu is awesome. Suiken. <33
c.) He cracks me up.
d.) He's the underdog. So you hafta love the guy, right? Seriously. I think Lee-chan is the sweetest (Not as in kickass, as in adorably kind!) character in Naruto. ^___^ Lee needs more love.
Gai-sensei:
a.) HE LOOKS LIKE LEE. whee
b.) He cracks me up, too.
c.) I'll do 500 laps around Konohagakure on my hands!
Yup. I love him for pretty much the same reasons everyone else does. D:
Oh yeah. The orange leg warmers ... and the (SPOILER ... sort of ... maybe if you were new to Naruto ... xd I don't know why I bother to warn you ...) weights. ^^;;

I already whored up another thread with a huge explaination why I love each, but here's the condensed version
1) Lee is so diligent and never gives up! Hard work yo!
2) He's a nice guy. Manners and kindness are underrated these days, Lee is the epitome of niceness in Naruto
3) His looks are refreshingly different, and oh-so-adorable!
4) Green spandex... whee
Gai
1) He's Lee's sensei, he trained Lee to be the awesome guy he is.
2) He has the turtle
3) He gave Lee his wardrobe
4) Freaking strong kick butt ninja!
