Suddenly, the blue cub vanished from Rackna's view. He growled under his breath.
"Lost another one..."
A small, ivory winged butterfly fluttered past Rackna's nose again, and he smiled devilishly.
"I got ya now!"
He said, reaing up, swatting at the butterfly with his front paws. His tail waved excitedly as he chased after the butterfly.

After the other cub had left he focused his mind on him ready to pounce. He chuckled softly with an evily grin on his maw."My prey..."He said quitely looking at him playing."Just come alittle bit closer..."He said reaing him self up abit but not to much to blow his cover or was it. He could feel the tenison in his legs ready to spring into action.

Unaware of the other cub, Rackna continued his chase for the butterfly. Suddenly, he stopped batting at it, ran infront of it, and brought it down with his large forepaw. It staggered a bit, then flew really high up, out of Rackna's reach.
"Coward."
He growled, glaring up at it. Little did he know that he was standing right infront of a pounce-ready cub...

"Now!" He said to himself as he jumped up at of the bushes with his paws exstened. he had still had the evil grin on his maw as he looked down at his"prey".

(I never roleplayed before so here's my first shot)
Lying in the sand, a young tan colored cub awoke with a tiny "yaawwww". Finishing his yawn, he began to prance happily towards the lake to get a drink of water, when a cub raced right past him chsing a butterfly. He ran up to the lake, laped up some water quickly, and joined the chase.
(okey, i guess it's not so bad, but anyone, any tips for roleplaying?)

The deep blue lioness leaped from her place up in the canopy as an ivory butterfly whizzed past her nose. It seemed to be fleeing from two young cubs wrestling in the sand. She padded over and nuddged them a bit to see how they would react, the cub in her wishing to join in the fun.

A cub of a black and green layed at the edge of the water across form the other playing cubs.His tail swished idly behind him as he watched the other cub's through half opened eyes as they played.Turning his head he rested his chin upon his paws, closing his eyes as he did.

Twila slowly padded over to the small cub, her slender paws sinking in the sand with every step she tool. The lioness ploped herself down beside the cub spraying sand in all directions. "So, how are you?"

The small cub, who went by the self appointed name of Rath, opened an eye to see the lioness plop down beside him.As she spoke Rath raised his head to get a better look at her."Fine."His ears moved slowly back and forth as he watched her.

At the cubs response, a grin spread over Twila's soft, furry maw. "You seem hot out in the sun. Would you like to come over to the oasis with me for a drink?" She motioned over to the glimmering water, cool and clean despite the glaring heat, sand and grit.
"Dark fur is such a curse on this kind of day" She mudered to herself as she streched her front paws as far forward as she could preparation to stand up.

Rath pulled himself to his feet, his gaze moving to the water not far away."Shure."After stretching his own legs he started to trot torwards the water, the tip of his tongue poking out of his mouth.

"Heh, you hot?" She asked staring at the cubs tounge dangling from his mouth. A few moments passed before she centered her gaze once again on the oasis growing nearer with every step.
Once they had reached the oasis, she wadded into the water just a bit to give her paws a rest from the hot sand. "Ahh... this is really quite nice! Would you like to join me for a swim Rath? If you can't swim I can take you on my back."

Rath slowed as he came to the waters edge, watching the water as he stepped into the shallows."Shwim?I dun think I can shwim.."He watched his reflection staring back at him in the water, it's image distorted as ripples passed.Lowering his head he lapped up some water.After he had his fill he looked at Twila, taking a few steps torwards her, smiling slightly at the offer."Okay."
