Your answer is tircky. If you are talking about the three original movies. Star Wars came out in 1977, Empire Strikes Back in 1980 and Return of the Jedi in 1983. If you include the second series of three, then it is 1999, 2002 and 2005 for Episodes I, II, and III. George Lucas was pretty astute in releasing a new film every three years.
