selling in the MP is supposed to be worry free, its when you do it in trades that they get you. But even in a trade just so long your not "getting money for nothing" you should be pretty safe. Although some mods are a bunch of words I cant say right now.
Even with all this some people are working on the hush-hush to help many of the people unfairly banned, and through association many people fairly banned. But you take the bad with the good I guess.
EDIT: It is good to see items working again. Although Im not surprised they didnt announce it being to my knowledge they never offically announced that they weren't working in the first place.
