Rai listens from safe in the ground as the jutsu takes place. "Wow that is a powerful woman up there." Rai mutters to himself. He is just about ready to do a jutsu. Rai comes up from behind her and throw a punch at her after comming up out of the ground a matter of seconds before. He is on her blind side.

Ano lets the punch land but then there is a poof. It was a clone. The only thing left is air. Yet the wind tunnel is still going. "Hello Rai." Ano is right behind him. She directs the tunnel to Rai.

Rai jumps to the side making some seals as a blast of fire come from the side to her being amplified by her wind and thus making it hotter and more deadly. The real Rai was standing a few yards away, his breath coming and going. He had just dont the Grand fireball jutsu.

eek "This is not good!" Ano dogded it and turned around. "Oh yeah!" She cut off the fireball's air and it went out. "Yay me!" mrgreen

(you only cut off the energising of it. But as it still has my chakra in it it will continue until it either goes out of its range or hits something. It still has about 9 feet before it is out of its range to incase you were wondering before this post that is after i would say abotu 12 feet.)
Rai stood there and saw that she had shut off the fire's ability to gain more strength but knew that it would still hit her if she did not get out of the way fast. After all fire beats wind and loses to water. Rai puts more chakra into it increasing the length and power of the jutsu.

Ano noticed that she hadn't succeeded in destroying the firbal and saw that it was still coming towards here. She used her fan like a bat and hit the fireball towards Rai.

The fire ball though when she hit it with a fan just exploded in her face. Rai sheilded his eyes from the flash of the hit and then the explosion as when she swung the fan she had increased the flames even more. The fireball's explosion has enough energy from the chakra that Rai put into it that it should send her flying and might even singe some of her hair.

It didn't send her flyinmg but she did skid back several feet. Her bangs were singed on the ends. "Oh crap!" Ano did a front flip and landed behind Rai. She aimed a kick behind both knees and a punch to the base of the spine.

Rai sees her starting to move towards him and rolls under her as she summersaults. (you were over 6+ feet away. you were 6 feet away before you started to slide back.) When Rai finishes the summersault he is standing panting a little from the fire jutsu. Rai turns back to her and places his hand on his swords. "You are Really good." Rai says his breathing going back to normal. "Now lets see how you fair against this." Rai makes some quick seals. "Lava release: Wave of Lava no jutsu." The wave of Lava comes from the ground and heads towards her about 13 feet high and 10 feet wide.

eek Ano stood there for a moment. (I know but I still had chakra in my legs) Then she used her wind tunnel (it was still going) and tunneled underground. ninja She covered it and tunneled til she was under Rai. If he moved then the ground would collapse.

Rai stands still as he has to concetrate on this jutsu. The wall of Lava comes closer to her and closer still. It is close enough now that she can feel the heat from it.

She felt the heat and discovered that it wasn't smart to stay still. She burst out from underground and got on her fan. She flew above the wave of lava and used her wind tunnel to cool the wave. Now it was just a wall of lava.

Though the problem was that while she was focusing on that Rai had switched Places with a smoke clone and now the clone just dissapated. Leaving Rai a good ways away from her.

"Damn it Rai...Where are you?" Ano broke through the wall of lava with a carefuly placed wind blast and watched it rain hardened lava.

From the tree line came nine different senbon. On every third one was a small ball that looked like a paper bomb.
