Anypart with Ryuichi. I love all the things you guys said, but he's something you haven't.
When Ryuichi and Shuichi were running around that block thing on the roof, and Ryuichi thought they were playing tag. I thought it was so funny how Shuichi was trying to get away. heart

Well, pretty much every moment with him is great. xD <3
But, I loved it when he was in the speaker outfit infront of Shuichi and yelled, "WATCH THE CORD!" to the motorcyclist. Lmfao.
I actually used that line yesterday. My mom came in to ask me something, then she got the headphone cord stuck on her foot (it's very long) and pulled it, then released her foot. As she was walking away, I yelled, "WATCH THE CORD!" Oh mans, I was laughing so much and she was just like, "o.O?" whee

It's really hard to say, but a good contender would have to be in the OVA, when he's attempting to cheer Shuichi up, and it's not working, so out of no where, he whips out Kumagoro and shouts:
"MR. BEAR! ATTACK!!" (or "KUMAGORO-BEAM in the japanese)
And hit Shuichi in the face with Kumagoro, and Shuichi's falling over and he's like:
"Ryuichi Sakuma... my God... just hit me... with the Mr. Bear attack! Ooooh! I can die happy!"

Oh, yes! Some of my favorites have been mentioned. When he asks for Shuichi's autograph...that was gold! Or when he wants the cherry from Noriko's drink and she's teasing him about it pretending to eat it and he whines, "No, Noriko-chan, why do you hate me!?" When he starts coloring all over the floor...that's pretty funny too! "Shiny!"
I think any moment with him is funny! He's a humorous, ironic character; 31 years old physically and 4 years old mentally with a dual personality on stage and off stage. Got to admire the fact that he's not afraid to stay young at heart and release his inner child!

I want to find it in english though. crying The Ryuichi moments from the anime in English I found to be less humorous, actually. I just don't think the voice actor achived the full "genkiness" of Ryuichi's personality.
