Title: My Mom's Plight
Ok, 6 years ago in June 2001, my Mom moved out of my house and into a small apartment (3 years later she moved to a small house a few miles closer to my Dad's house.) and after about 3 months of her absence, we all got used to her not being at home. It was painful, but she does show up at every major event in both me and my brother's lives, so it's not all bad. However, this is not what the rant is about. This is about the current event which is making worry a lot more about my Mom.
Just before Christmas last year, my Grandmother was dumped into my Mom's care by my Uncle, but perhaps I should give you some background as to why she was dumped into my Mom's care.
In Mid 2005, my Grandmother (Age 65) sold the house that had been in the family for generations (Since the 1940's) at the whim of my Uncle, received $400,000 (The house is actually worth $750,000, but my uncle being the a*****e he is, set up the deal with someone other than a real estate broker) and moved into a house close to where my Uncle lived. This is where the problems were really beginning, my Grandmother's health was declining, but she could never go to the Doctor's because she didn't have the proper insurance (Again thanks to my Uncle). Also, at this time two things are happening, one my Grandmother is paying for pretty much whatever he and his slut wife want, and at the same time, they are robbing her blind. Late last year, my Grandmother was evicted (Because she had no money left to pay the rent) and sent to a nursing home for 2 weeks without anyone but my Uncle knowing. While she was in the nursing home, my Uncle went into her house and cleaned her out by selling off EVERYTHING she owned, all of the priceless family heirlooms, almost everything our family held dear was sold at a yard sale. After she got out she went to live with my Uncle for a few weeks, and during that time everything was quiet. Then just before Christmas, my Uncle's wife dropped my Grandmother and a few pairs of her clothing crying on my Mom's doorstep. According to my Mom, my Grandmother wasn't even half way to the door, when my Uncle's wife pulled out of her driveway and left. My grandmother is in bad shape, her health was bad, she had been verbally abused, and she had been completely cleaned out. Within 2.5 years, my Uncle had robbed her of all $400,000. The only money she had left was the $3,000 from her Social Security check that had just cleared the bank that day. Since then, my Mom has been taking care of my Grandmother, who requires a lot of help (She's only 65, but her health puts her at the age of 80) and trying to bring my Uncle to justice and recover a little bit of her stolen money and get her to assisted living. All of this has taken a dramatic toll on my mother, she has become very fatigued, and has become very thin and looks like she's suffering from health problems of her own. Thankfully she has a friend that lives with her that helps her out. I try to help her as much as I can, by getting things for her and maybe giving her what little money I do have, but she always asks me to not worry about it. I feel so upset that all this has happened to my Mom and that she has to bear the burden of it.
Also, this uncle of mine: He is a bum. He hasn't held down a job for more than 6 months, supposedly he runs a towing company, but the validity of this is highly questionable. Also, he has been married 3 times and is not a very good parent. His current wife is a slut, who had absolutely no remorse for what they did to her. Also, my Uncle has been stalking my Mom and Grandmother and making threats to my Mom's friend. He's probably scared that my Mother is getting the police.

Damn, you could write an autobiography!!! It was long and I read it, and it's nice to know that your mom has friends ((and sons)) who care Yeah, also I forgot to mention all of her work mates are helping her too, she's got friends everywhere. I hope that this issue is resolved real soon *Glares at your uncle* That is wrong about your grandma. That pisses me off so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I hate injustice) It pisses me off too, while my grandmother is at some fault for giving him a little too much charity, he should have NEVER taken advantage of her, I hope he gets a nice long prison sentence and has no chance of parole Yeah, your uncle really is a ((hope I don't offend you, which I hopefuly won't because you hate him.)) SON OOF A BYOTCH Go right ahead, I don't take any offense, he's always been like that
