I do like to believe that, once I die, I will remain like that.
3nodding it's unevitable to think that for me, I don't believe to be afraid of death anymore though... I was some years ago, because I love living.
But still; I've understanded that it's not necessary to be afraid of dying when you love life and believe that there's nothing else down the road but the end of the line. Moreover, it's much more satisfactory to love life and accept death as a natural consequence of life, thus living life to the fullest and be active enough to achieve your goals and search for your own happiness. So when you die, you'll have no debts with yourself. What I am scared of is dying believing I could've done more, or thinking "why didn't I do that", I just wanna die with no regrets-
3nodding Ask any christian theologist, they will tell you from their bible studies that Heaven and Hell are utmost metaphorical. Live heaven or live hell, but do it on earth, both exist in the same plain.
Those who choose to believe in an upper kingdom and an underground punishment believe to be christians but have no real understandment of their own faith. Some people can't handle metaphors or philosophy, they just need to compensate their lack of action in life believing that they'll be rewarded in the afterlife.
It's sad, but it's true.
