I'm very quiet to everyone about it. Everybody thinks I'm straight but I'm bi!! (I like girls more though). I told my best friend a while back and she said she was fine with it but it just doesn't seem like she's that great of a friend anymore. She seems like the girl that would tell everyone. So I convinced her to thinking I "changed my mind I'm straight" but I'm not. So that was a close call. I feel like if I don't tell anyone I'll never get a girlfriend. But if I am open I'm scared people won't like me anymore. And that's wrong. But I hardly know any les or bi girls at my school...so that makes it even harder.

Advice please? whee

umm my moms knows im bi and shes totaly fine with it. she even knows who i like. and my brother knows, hes know for a year but i dont think he accepts it yet. my little sister doesnt know and my dad doesnt know. though when i turn 18 i might just never talk to my dad.
and for my school i have no clue how many people know but i honestly dont care who knows there cuz it really is gay friendly.

Gently Mention to you parents that you find guys ditasteful... then a few days later remind them about the conversation, and *nudge nudge* ask them their views on Lesbians and Bisexuals. If their response is a good, happy positvish one, then let it out in the open. If that responce is a good one, tell them that you have a girlfriend, and you would like them to meet her.

thx...i asked her bout her views and she said some tins that really hurt crying ...but i havent told them yet redface ...i though my parents hate gays b4 now im certaint....i wish my parents were more open minded like me friends..but as soon as i move out im gonna tell them~which is fairly soon~

but thx 4 the advice smile

I havent told many people, that I know. For some reason I feel much more comfortable talking with complete strangers about my sexuality than my good friends. My best friend dosent know.... Im afraid that she wont treat me like she does now if she finds out. T-T but I kinda just want to be open about it.

Tsuki also has this problem...
I have told tons of peeps online, yet meh best friend dun even know that I love her.
But I'm to scared to tell sad
I dont want to ruin my friendship

I still haven't came out to anyone i know in person. I want to come out to two of my friends, but one is completely homophobic and thinks that homosexuals are freaks and the other... well, i'm just not sure how he would take it.

I think it'll be another 19 years though before I tell my mom or any other family member.

P.S. I'm currently 16.

I'm not exactly out yet... My good friends know and accept it. And my mom... Well she told me she figures I'm bi... But she doesn't care... If only she would accept my gf it would make my life so much easier out or not...

I've only come out to one of my friends, but there are a few other people who I believe have guessed. They're gay too, so it's ok :3
I classify myself as bi, though I really do like girls more. I haven't come out to anyone in my family yet... I don't know if I will till I'm in college, at least. I think at times, my mother suspects, but never really says anything. I don't know about my dad... If I ever told him, I don't think he'd be very happy with it at all, but I don't think he'd disown me or anything.

To tell the truth, it's really not that hard to figure out. I always like the female characters better in everything, and refuse to look for a boyfriend. I usually have pictures of girls in my locker at school. xD If any of my other friends suspect, they haven't said anything. The bad part is, a lot of people at my school are really homophobic.

heh i'm fairly sure i'm bi. this is the first time i've really thoroughly though about it and actually admitted it to myself. i used to and still get crushs on girls(that really should have given me a hint a while ago..) instead of guys(well thats not completey true. i've have a crush on a few guys and even gone "out" with one but we just went to the movies and stuff more like we were just good friends with the title of boyfriend and girlfriend.) i don't think i'm ready to come out yet. i want to strengthen my friendships and things like that before i do. idk why but, it feels better to talk to complete strangers about this. for some reason i don't feel comfortable talking to my friends or family 'bout it(although i know for a fact they would accept me for me). so um...on a completely random note i love ur signature Pinnate Butterfly- no one mourns the wicked!

I was in love with my best friend, and after months of being depressed I finally told her, and she felt the same way. Even before that we'd hold hands and sit with our heads on eachothers shoulders and cuddle and stuff~ so I guess a lot of our friends kinda guessed it before we even did ^^;
on our 3 month anniversary I wrote her a poem and emailed it to her~ and when I was at her house my mom found the email and made me tell her~ she'd always told me she'd be fine if I was gay, but after i told her she made me take counceling and made me tell my dad *sigh* they both say they're supportive but I know they'd rather me have a boyfriend~ andways, I told my other best friend whom I've known since kindergarden and even though she's a major christian she's probably the most supportive person I know~ After we told my GFs mom we've started telling our other friends and they're all happy for us~ we basically worried for nothing ^^; but I know school is gunna be hard, senior year and all~ I'm not really ready to tell the kids at school, why should I, you know? friends and family are the ones who matter heart

Yeah, I used to get girlcrushes all the time, but never really recognized them for what they were.

i told my parents that i was a lesbian when i was a junior in high school. i've known since i was in 8th grade. i just graduated high school and its been great , i told all my friends and most are chill with it. some i lost. parents dont like it every much but its ok i've learned to accept that some people just wont be ok with me. and thats ok i dont need to be around those people. as for everyones reactions family is ok with it (well the ones i live with) but not the ones that like far away. so ya i've been out fo a bit. it feels great. but i know what you all mean its hard to talk that step out but once you do you feel great. but dont get me wrong its hell sometimes but it also can be great. just tell people when you feel ready! btw i'm 18 and single wink

Homfghomfghomfghomfg.
I told my Mom LAST NIGHT.
...And, thank God she accepts me!!
She was letting out some homophobic comments a while ago, so I was scared to tell her.
I've told my friends, and I want my whole class to know.
It feels good. 4laugh
But my Dad still needs to know. D:

During the days I've been alive

Yeah I told my friends about a year and a half ago that I was bi and had a crush on my best friend. They didn't seem like they were the type to be backstabbing, coniving bitches, so I thought it was fine. They said it was all fine, so I was hey it's all good. Then suddenly, there were rumors and my best friend wouldn't even come near me. And then, it was just GAY JOKE AFTER GAY JOKE AFTER ******** GAY JOKE!! D< So No one would hang out with me alone. Utter bullshit. So I told them I changed my mind and that I was straight, but I know in my heart that I am not straight. I'm QUEER. But I have to keep it hidden from everyone (except you guys, which is awesome. 4laugh ) and it suuuuucks! >.< Reflections from the Mulan Soundtrack describes really how I feel, as cheesy as that sounds. XD
