I'm glad there's nothing like that here in Australia, or if there is I've never heard about it. It would have all the gay rights activates up in arms.

you should read this book if you want to get up in arms about stuff. I found it quite amusing, especially since the copy I read was in a university library and there were all sort of messages and abuses at the author.

Keep in mind the year it was published though, GLBTQ weren't accepted then and seen as a disease. It's just interesting to see how people actually thought about poeple like us only 30 years or so ago. Well I think so anyway.... but then I have a thick skin ^_^

Parents sometimes can be understanding about it, mine weren't. When I told my parents about my love intrest my dad blew his top off and my mom just cried and asked where they went wrong. Now days my mom doesn't care as long as I don't talk about my relationship and my dad still tries to turn me straight.

My mother doesn't care that I'm gay, but she doesn't seem fond of my beloved. My family and I are pretty tight, so I don't think they care who I love as long as I'm treated right.

my mother is ok with what ever i do my father just believe that gay is wrong and all gays should be killed but he is stupid and i dont care about him or his opinions well that leave smy mother and she still believes that i am indenial and i can just be turned straight ( as if ) but i have him over almost had him spending the night and my mom allowed it
